In short, it was the most patient, professional, and caring experience my son and I have had at a dentists office. For those looking for a more detailed review, Id seen Dr. Zingerman in the past and been very happy with the service and care I received. So when my son presented with this enormous, monstrous looking abscess I, of course, turned to him. They accommodated my "working mom" schedule and made sure he had antibiotics until the actual appointment. While I was fully confident, my son was not. Come removal day, even with the promise of prizes at the end of his appointment, my eight year old boy didnt make it easy, asking to touch and see every instrument poised to enter his mouth and crying over every minute detail. Dr. Zingerman and his staff were patient and comforting and allowed time for my son to adjust to the prospect of life without a baby molar, at least until his permanent tooth grew in. After many breaks and unnecessary trips to the bathroom to help him calm down, the tooth came out! My boy was shocked at how painless it was and how quickly it healed, and while I, the rattled, flustered, embarrassed mother was ready to duck and hide, everyone was not only professional but kind and reassuring and we left relieved, satisfied, and free of infected molars. Now my son asks when well go back!

For the first time in my 29 years of life, I had a dental cleaning that was thorough, proactive, informative, and friendly. All at once! I have gone to some amazing dentists, but I found that my experience with Dr. Zingerman and hygienist Kristie made me feel so much more informed on what they were doing and also what I should look out for in the future. They were constantly checking in on my comfort level, because lets be honest, the dentist might not be everyones favorite place. I also appreciated that they explained what they were doing as they did it. The front desk was transparent about presenting projected costs after insurance for future services, making sure I wasnt surprised by bills that would potentially come after any appointments. All around, the best dental visit Ive had. Ive since had additional work done and been impressed every visit. If youre looking for a dental office that is transparent about costs and informative about procedures and options, this clinic is for you. And its an added bonus that every single person makes me feel welcome!

Dr. Vantramp and his team provide the utmost care to their patients. They go above and beyond to ensure the best experience for every patient that enters their office. I have been a patient at Dove Family Dentistry, under the care of Dr. Vantramp, since 2010 and I have only ever had positive experiences there. The staff at Dove Family Dentistry is extremely welcoming and friendly. From the moment you walk in the door, the administration team greets you kindly. The incredible hygienists continue providing the highest quality of care as they are extremely considerate and gentle as they work on your teeth. Dr. Vantramp and his team do an excellent job of providing the best dental experience imaginable. As a child, I was terrified of the dentist; however, once my parents made the switch over to Dove Family Dentistry, I began to look forward to my dentist appointments. I am so grateful for the kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff at Dove Family Dentistry. I HIGHLY recommend making the switch over to Dove Family Dentistry, if you haven’t already!

Its been too many years since Ive been to a dentist, so I was a bit nervous going to my appointment this past Tuesday. But the staff was welcoming and professional, and I was put as ease right away. (They didnt even give me crap for how long it had been since my last cleaning.) I cant remember my hygienists name, but she was super nice. She explained everything she was going to do, and made sure I was comfortable. When Dr. Z came in to check things he found some stuff hed like to fix, and it was all presented as my choice. "Heres what Im seeing. Heres what Id like to do about it and why. Here are some options. How would you like to proceed?" I didnt feel at all like they were trying to convince me to get a bunch of expensive work done. I appreciated how the staff interacted with each other, too. It seems like a nice work atmosphere. I AM going back in a couple weeks for some fillings, and I am not at all dreading it.

I found out that I needed a crown and my current dentist was not able to get me if for over a month so I reached out to Dr. Zingerman and he was able to get me in the next day AND my crown was completed that same day! Most up to date and state of the art equipment! I did not have to schedule an additional appointment. That was super helpful as I work and have small children so it is very difficult to schedule time to go to the dentist. My experience there was so smooth and everyone that worked there was super nice and friendly that I scheduled an appointment for my 3 year old to also see Dr. Zingerman. I knew that it was extremely important for his first visit to be positive and it was! It could not have gone better. The staff, once again, was so friendly and caring. I am so thankful for the care that my family experienced with Dr. Zingerman and the staff. I would recommend him even to the most anxious dental patient.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Zingerman and his staff at Dove Dental. Our dental plan changed a few years ago to not cover pediatric dentists, and being a mom of 4 kids I was very wary of where to land. I needed a filling so I thought I would see what Dr. Zingermans office was like. I was so pleasantly surprised! For the first time in my entire life I had painless injections & my tooth felt totally normal after the numbness wore off! I brought in my 9 yr old son and 8 yr old daughter who both had cavities as well & they had the exact same experience!! My younger 2 (ages 4 & 2) love and look forward to going to Dr. Zingerman and his staff is so warm and welcoming! Im so thankful to have such a great family friendly dental office to bring my huge crew to! I would recommend anyone who has kids or some dental fear to come to Dr. Zingerman...what a difference he and his staff make!!

This is by far the best staff I have ever worked with. This office is the true definition of a team from the front office to the clinical staff and of course our dentists Dr. Vantramp & Dr. Zingerman. There is no facade everyone genuinely cares for one another and their patients! There is not a member of the team that does not strive to keep the highest standards in patient care, sterilization, cleanliness and dentistry. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work at dove for the last four years! During that time I have also been a patient and had to have two implant crowns redone on my two front teeth. SCARY, right? Actually not at all, needless to say Dr. Vantramp has been AMAZING and of course handled it all with such compassion and patience.
