I just got an email from the Better Business Bureau stating that they could not process my complaint because this business has filed for BANKRUPCY. Anyone having work done, working there, or planning to work there should be aware of this! THIS IS THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They turned me away because I have Medicaid even though they say that they service Medicaid customers. The dentist told me that my appointment was a half hour late because they service Medicaid customers last. This was only one of the few awful things that happened to me here as a brand new customer and I was never even seen by the dentist! Awful place, never been more humiliated and disappointed in my life. I have reported this place to the BBB twice now. Once because of the poor service I got and twice because my fiancé took my FOUR YEAR OLD daughter here two weeks ago and dentist told us there was nothing wrong. Two weeks later, she has an abscess as well as an obvious hole in her molar. DO NOT GO HERE especially if you are a Medicaid customer and especially if it is one of your children. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and over all awful people.

I broke a tooth & no one would touch it because Im pregnant! It became very infected, I was in agonizing pain! I called around several places only to be (very rudely) turned down & Comfort Dental not only got me in same day ASAP; they were so nice. It was very refreshing to meet with staff members who have good bedside manner. Dr. Brooks did immediate x-rays & to my surprise opted for an emergency root canal. I am now at home resting & I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have found this place! I will definitely be back. I cannot remember the name of the other doctor that assisted in filling my tooth but she was also fantastic. I highly recommend this office.

I had a badly broken tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. Im diabetic and have high blood pressure. Yesterday was my first time going to comfort dental. The dentist asked if I had ate, had I checked my blood sugar and if so what number was it. She also took my blood pressure. That alone told me shes a caring dentist. And my tooth was very difficult to pull but she was patient,kind and understanding. She made sure I was really numbed up. The dental assistant and the receptionist were all friendly and kind. I would totally recommend this dentist. Nandita Lilly is a top of the line dentist at a reasonable price.

Chipped a front tooth, had another cavity that needed to be addressed, called at 11:20am, got in at noon, out by 2pm. I think I got lucky with the vacant appointment, regardless, I was satisfied. Cost roughly 150$ per filling without insurance (everywhere else locally wanted 250-300$ each) So the price was acceptable, staff was good. Very pleased. Will return.

Have no complaints with the comfort dental staff. They have been very friendly and incredibly clear as to what procedure would be happening with my son and I. They are very in depth and will show you more than any other dentist Ive been to! Highly recommended these people!!
