The only good thing I can say about this place is they have really nice people working there,but its extremely high priced and you probably wont walk out without having to pay for something that goes beyond your wellness plan. If your pet is having a teeth cleaning the doctor will call you and say something like "he needs a tooth pulled,should I pull it while hes asleep"? And,trying to cancel your wellness policy is harder than pulling teeth. Stay away from this place. Find a nice small vet office. Youll be much happier.

We were paying $40 a month for the dogs health but found that we still had to pay additional dollars for various procedures we had one procedure for a urine test cost about 60 extra dollars we were then notified that the urine sample have been lost and we will have to bring the dog in and do the test over it was difficult for the dog to go through the test we paid our money so we were displeased and we discontinue using banfield at that point. Staff & Dr very friendly
