READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE! If I could give 0 stars and leave a negative review, I would. This place is a 100% rip off and they will not give you the answers you will need immediately. My cat has suffered from seizures, we have lack of income and are not able to give her full medical treatment as a long haired cat would need at her age. We took her in and they immediately told us she will likely need blood work, etc without even examining her thoroughly first. They shaved all her hair off which was fine since she was matted and trimmed her nails. The vet was VERY rude to us. Did not give off the attitude that she cared. We openly gave her as much information about our feline and she barely even regarded it. She just kept saying fees, fees and fees and what things would cost. This being a quote from her exactly,"Why are you crying about your cat having a possible seizure? You obviously do not care for her as much as you should." Even though we dont have that much money, that doesnt mean I dont love my cat dearly. After I took my cat home, I examined her myself after the hair was shaved off and noticed there was a gigantic gash on her chin. The doctor said NOTHING about this gash and only thing she said was there was a tad bit of blood on her nail and had no idea where it came from?? Do not take your pets here. Theyre obviously in it for the money rather than the treatment of your animals. I went to Country Brook ten days after this place since she had another seizure, the guy didnt even take her in the back, felt her with his hands and immediately found out the reasoning behind her seizures. Her kidneys were inflamed. They gave us no medications at this Animal Hospital and no treatment, but when we went to Country Brook they gave us everything we expected from this ER place. If you have an animal thats in an emergency situation, do not take them here because all they want is your money rather than focusing on the well-being of your animal. The ratings should prove it all.

I received very rude customer service, was hung up on by receptionist. Weve have been using this vet for 2 years, and ever since Dr. McCleery has not been the owner, the service has taken a drastic turn for the worse. I highly reccommend choosing a different vet who knows how to treat their customers. Was also charged a second office visit fee for a follow up in the same week.

The doctor we saw today was very nice and did everything she could to save our pet. Unfotunatly their was nothing more she could do and we lost him but she handled it so well and made me feel at peace with what had happened. I would and will bring my other pets back in the future. Thank you so much from the black family.

My dogs get wonderful care here . The technicians have been here for years and are a valuable part of the vets team.

My "kids" have been going to Dr McCleery since 1990...hes attended to nine of our kids over the years! I have only witnessed love and care from this incredible man...our"kids" have led happy and healthy lives largely because of him...and when we experience a loss, its truly a loss to him as well.

so glad they have an great groomer she does an wonderful job on my little babies, they always look and smell good. the vet prices have gone up though which i dont like especially when the employees fail to tell you the prices have changed

Brought my dog here with a broken leg, and they were very professional. They were nice, and quick. The X-rays and meds were cheaper than everyone else around. I absolutely love them here and have recommended them to friends and familt.

This place is so unprofessional and all over the place. They raised the prices and fail to tell you about it. Prices are WAY TO expensive for the area they are located in.
