I have to say thank you to all the staff and the Vet the day I took my dog Titus into Banfield. He had been in a lot of pain for three days. We had taken him to another vet that blamed his pain on his teeth which was not the case at all. Banfield was quick to get us in on a Sunday, very accomodating, and thorough. You could tell both the staff and Vet took pride in their jobs and very much loved taking care of animals. I was amazed to see the cards on the door thanking them for what a wonderful job they had done. One even thanking them for how well they handled putting one her animals to sleep and how compationate they were. After our visit with the visit with them I understood completely why they received those cards. The pain Titus was having wasnt coming from his teeth it was arthritis. We asked for x-rays just to ease our minds. The vet said he would do them but he felt there was really no need except to make us feel better. We did ask for the x-rays just to ease our minds but it wasnt because we didnt trust his judgement. He spent quality time with Titus examining him and explaining to us what exactly was causing the pain. After the x-rays he again took out the time to explain everything and was willing to take as much time as was needed for us to understand. People who dont have pets may not understand how important it is to have those qualities in a vet but its the same as taking your child to the doctor. Titus is much better now and they have called to check on him. Im very pleased and will definitely go back.

They are supposed to treat guinea pigs as their website says, they even sell guinea pigs. I took my pig in last night and they refused to treat her. She died this morning because it was too late yesterday for me to go to any other vet. They say they are supposed to care about and help pets and yet they blatantly lie about what animals they treat causing Piggys death. If I had known their website was false, I would have had time to take her to the vet across town that actually helps Piggys, however the time they wasted on a diagnosis of dehydration took up too much time for me to make it to the real vet. Piggy died of an overgrown tooth that caused her to be unable to eat and drink as well as organ failure. Do not trust these people they are blatent liers.

Everyone at this location is fantastic, Dr M. does a wonderful job with all of my pets. They always make sure my pets are up to date on vaccines and other preventative care. Definitely recommend this location for anyone in the market for a reliable/high quality vet.

Will not be returning. Staff couldnt care less about your pet. They told me my dog might have cancer and they would have results within 4 days. No one ever called with results and on 5th day I called them and was told they would call me back. Never happened.

Dr. Montgomery is the absolute best!!! My entire family and friends that I have referred all say the same thing!!! The front desk staff is great too, Amy is awesome!
