You have to call at 8am on a tuesday if you are a new patient. I called at 8:45...im 9 months pregnant and just need to get a tooth pulled. You can only take so much Tylenol in one day for pain let alone while being pregnant. But now I have to wait an entire week before being able to schedule anything because of 45min. The dumbest place on the face of the earth. Of course you are the only dentist that takes my insurance thats not 50+ miles away. Thanks for helping out someone who is about to give birth in 8 days, you are fantastic.

It is pretty messed up that they refuse to give a 63 year old man his medicine just because he could not pee in a cup and talk about the receptionist they are the rudest group there even when they call to tell you that your prescription is ready to be picked up they never once said that they need a urine test that is why he went to the restroom before we came but why would you refuse his meds if he ends up in the hospital i hope they get a lawsuit

How in the world to you expect people who work and have a life wait till 1 time a week at 8am to scheduled an apt. When I said my kids did not have to do that..... Well that is different. You people really do not want new business with people that have jobs and can actually pay you? WOW I am done. Ill drive 2 hrs if I have to to find a real dentist not a side show joke of a place you all are running there anyway.

The doctor here is nice and helpful. the front office staff is nice as well. i have been coming here with my family for about a year now. i dont use their dentist side because its too much of a hassle to call at 8 am on tuesdays if you are new patient. i found a dentist closer to my house. Overall, the quality of services is good and the wait times in front waiting room are good.

Dr Catherine Mauss is the best Family Doc I have ever had. She is very involved in all of my care with other specialist and never makes me feel rushed or like I am taking to much time when I have questions. Some of the staff can be rude but I chalk that up to a bad day most times. Not really good for the practice but overall I would not want to change just because of that.

The receptionists are very pleasant. Elizabeth, Patty and all of the other girls are so helpful. I would recommend this office to any of my friends who might need a doctor or dentist. The fact that they have someone who can help translate for my family has been such a convenience. I cant thank them enough.

No doctor available on Monday. No sick calls, call back tomorrow. LOVE Dr. Mauss & the staff has always been helpful, but they really need some help since the practice seems to be overwhelmed.

Completely Unprofessional. Twice - I could not even get in for the scheduled appointment (after waiting more than 0.5 hour) as I had other work related appointments to attend to.
