I wish I could give this office a ZERO star rating. That’s what they truly deserve. I suggest you avoid this location of this practice at all costs unless you enjoy frustration, confusion and worry. I never had any issues with the Odenton location. Dr. Haugh is disorganized or disinterested in his patients (not sure which) and incompetent. During our visit my son’s symptoms were not correctly documented as I would later come to find out. This ended up causing great confusion and frustration as I had to repeatedly correct the nurses I would end up talking to on the phone. This completely destroyed the confidence I had in Dr. Haugh. After blood test results were returned showing an active infection/virus and I had further questions, I was dismissed by Dr. Haugh with him only relaying the message He didnt seem that sick to me through his nurse. He did not care at all about my sons well being. After insisting on a second opinion, I was then advised to have my son rechecked in a week...??!! This was our first visit to this facility as we are new to the area and it will surely be our last. Whats worse? After reporting all of this to the Administrator and completing their online survey to this effect. I have received ZERO follow up. That shows me exactly how much they care for their patients. ZERO.

I believe Dr.Haigh to be competent but will not return to this office. I went in for what I thought was a free annual physical. I was also billed for an office visit at the same time. It was very difficult to get an itemized bill to learn why. There is not a list of what they consider an annual physical all they could tell me is preventative measures and I would have to ask my doctor during the visit. I would have appreciated this information beforehand. No one likes a surprise $200 bill. I was tested for vitamin D and received a prescription. This was the main reason for the office visit. I have received a prescription from Drs at other offices without an additional billing. Also listed were 2 items that we didnt discuss and that I had no interest in discussing. I can not return because I would never know for sure when the dr. asks me a question or asks me if I want a vaccine (As he did) if this would now be considered an additional office visit. If you are concerned with costs then go somewhere else.

Dr. Kass was alright with giving explanations. I felt rushed when I was asking questions about my labs. The Medical Assistant was horrible. She acted like she was at home relaxing and she was terrible at drawing blood. She damaged my vein. Dont let them take your blood in the office. The girl doesnt know how. Visited February 22, 2017
