Very insightful experience. Caring staff, great meals, and 12 step oriented rehab. .... Things start to dwindle during longer term treatment in the outpatient stages and so on. The higher ups, including the owner are mostly 2 faced and not very God-centered. I saw MULTIPLE clients get screwed financially by the owner. The owners grand daughter demanded me a urine test while she was extremely intoxicated for Gods sake. ONE example: a friend was "employed" by the owner at "the Hangout", which is supposed to be a sober place for fun, food & fellowship. He was also housed in a building for staff members. He was not only fired for heresy, and personal issues another former client (one of the owners "class pets") had with him, he was forced to leave the apartment at 11pm, screwed out of an entire weeks paycheck, and treated very, VERY unprofessionally. Theres BLACK MOLD all throughout the basement of the male sober house. Personally, I paid 260$ to move in, decided to move out 5 days later, and was denied a refund on my security deposit of 150$. There is an investigation into statutory rape charges at "the hangout" as well. I could literally go on for days. I would suggest the detox/rehab BUT for Gods sake if you want longer term treatment like a halfway house, go somewhere else after.

I dont know where to begin when it comes to speaking of Just Believe Recovery Center. There is, hands down, something magical happening here, that is hard for me to explain. I am someone who has battled addiction for more then half of my life. I was skeptical when coming to JBRC because I thought i was of the " hopeless variety". That wasnt the case here. I found beyond the help I needed here and received so much love and nurture, it is in-explainable. They have some of the most caring, out-going- and wise staff members here, that I am forever grateful for! They got me through every single obstacle I endured, which was a lot! And they are continuing to get me through as Alumni today! They followed-up with me and continue to do so! They helped me find work again, re-connect with my daughter and family, and get back on my feet! Not to mention their amazing food and comfy rooms! Ive never felt so cared about, comfortable, and spiritual as I do now and I will always be a part of Just Believe! Forever grateful and truly yours!! Thank You.

Even before I arrived at Just Believe Recovery Center in Carbondale, I felt relieved that people genuinely cared for me when I couldn’t care for myself. I cannot think of anyone who DIDN’T go above and beyond during my treatment. Their dedication to making sure that all of my needs were met (medical, psychological, nutritional, financial, travel, and safety) allowed me to focus on my recovery. When I had questions or concerns - there was always someone ready with the answer. After completing detox and inpatient, Just Believe was able to accommodate me with their Sober Living and Out Patient services as well assisting me in connecting with local 12 Step meetings. Even though this was my first experience with alcohol and drug rehab, I am confident in saying that Just Believe Recovery Center of Carbondale is one of, if not the best opportunities if you want to start a new way of living clean and sober.

My daughter just entered here, herself after battling addiction an previous rehab yrs ago, I am so proud she is doing this not only for herself but her children <3 I tried to call to just get a message to her to tell her I love her.. Cuz I miss her an to wish her a belated Mothers Day <3 This is the best Mothers Day she could give herself an myself. Is to get clean an also follow up with working on the things that brought her where she is today.. We dont just decide to pick up drugs because it seems like a fun idea. It stems from trying to cover pain, physically , mentally or otherwise.. Coming from an x drug user myself yrs ago. Im glad to know this physically looks at that as well as healing the body <3 I love my daughter, shes my baby an I just want her to be able to finally be able to enjoy life an see it not for the bad it has caused her but the good she can enjoy in her future..

This place truly helped to save my life!! I went through the entire program, which is like no other, that I have heard of. The facility is wonderful, so neat and clean. The staff is absolutely amazing! The food is great. Most importantly, I received the individualized treatment I needed to guide me in my recovery. It really helped change me into the person I always wanted to be. This place is so much more than a rehab!! I am forever grateful to Just Believe!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone that needs help.

Very shady company. They dont try to keep you in network and send you to people out of network on their payroll. Good luck getting them on the phone after your done. It can take weeks of calling and voice mails before you finally get them on the phone. If you like being billed for services you didnt receive and like trying to get them on the phone for weeks this place is for you. Their own staff said that more people will die than the # of people that dont relapse...5% success rate for this company

This facility is new and inexperienced-- VERY difficult to facilitate rehab with a bed to bed from within the prison. I work for a bail bonds company... if you or a family member needs rehab please avoid this ridiculous institution it isnt worth the aggravation because they dont do a thing for you when youre trying to get your loved one admitted and they basically tell you the facility has to figure stuff out and you cant do a thing.

The owner truly cares and furoo is amazing if you want to make a change than just just beleave can and will help take it from me Texas Todd it can be a little scary to make the change all you have to do is just beleave

Simply the best treatment center Ive ever been to. And Ive been to quite a few. The owner cares and it shows. They do things rite at JBRC. This industry is ripe with shady companies and unsavory business practices however Just Believe is the real deal!
