I dont even want to give one star. This place is awful. The therapist was wonderful and should look for a new place to practice because if she stays here, the place will chase away all her patients. Every time I went there, there was always an issue with them trying to get more money from me. They say they are a participating provider but in reality they will try everything to get more money than what they are supposed to get. I am not the first to leave them because of this and I am sure I will not be the last. The entire billing department should be fired along with whomever their supervisor is because they know what is going on and keep letting it happen. To me they are trying to commit insurance fraud. First the tell me that my co-pay went up(double the amount), that was false. Then they sent me a statement saying that I was past due on co-pays and owed them for other visits - that was false. Stay away from this place, they dont care about the patients and getting them help, all they care about is taking money from you that they arent supposed to get.

Horrible experience. There suppose to be professionals. Tried to have my daughter commited for having a temper tantrum. Could not tell the difference, kept saying shes having a mental crisis and trying to seperate me from my daughter. Highly suggest going elsewhere who is more adapt to children.

Christy is my therapist and she is phenomenal! Couldnt have found a better therapist, she is very attentive and seems to truely care about her clients and their concerns, the office staff are very polite and I always have a great experience!

Does anyone else have a problem Calling them? Ive tried to call them so many times and I keep getting an answering machine. I cant tell you how many times Ive called and have not been able to talk to someone. Is there another number?
