I had a knee surgery done at a different hospital and went here for physical therapy. The people that work here are very nice, but have no clue about billing. I was informed I wouldnt be charged anything and it was all covered by my insurance. 3 months later I received a bill for $584 dollars. They charge anywhere from $180 to $350 (roughly) for no more than 1 hour of using a stretch band and some ice. Now they insist I pay them this $584 after my insurance company didnt cover it all and I was told I wouldnt be charged. Unfortunately I signed a document saying Id cover all fees insurance didnt cover while I was on pain medication and took the employees word on not being charged. Ive talked to many people in their billing department and they acknowledged there staff has little clue of how biling works. Needless to say Ill never be returning to this dishonest establishment that isnt willing to stand behind their word.
