Great Experience. The facility is new and beautiful. I went to PP for the first time to get my annual gyno exam done. The entire time I was there I felt cared for as a person, with great attention paid to any questions or concerns I might have. Before, during and after the exam I was given ample opportunity to discuss anything I wanted to learn more about, and felt good knowing all the information I was provided was scientifically sound and intended to help me make informed decisions about my reproductive care. They also provided information sheets I could take away with me about every topic we discussed to read over later (extremely helpful!). They even took the time to sit me down in an office to talk about the reasons for my visit before the exam to discuss issues, and didnt try to rush me at all. They are direct and up front about everything, with absolutely no shame attached. It felt like they were there for ME, whatever I needed, no matter what. Ive never had an experience like that in a doctors office, I highly recommend the organization for anyone looking for routine or other reproductive health care. Thank you!

Called this location several times after moving to Pottstown and being borderline overdue for my next Depo shot. Each time I got sent to a voicemail (during normal business hours), and it said to leave a detailed message and I would be called within 24 hours. I left detailed messages and was NEVER called back. Week went by, called again on Tuesday (closed Monday and on weekends). This time I spoke with someone and they said I would now have to have a restart since my Depo was late (duh, tried calling a week before), and since it was already late, the earliest they could do was an entire week later, pushing me to two weeks overdue. My old PP was willing to work with me to squeeze me in to get me taken care of in time. I was really disappointed with their service at this one.

This is my second time coming to plan Parenthood and I like the way the staff treat me they treat me good and they help me when I have unanswered questions I got my birth control shot here and it helps me not get my period every month I get it here and there the staff at plan Parenthood are great I would come here for all my medical problems thanks to plan Parenthood I always feel good after I leave and come to this place.

The new location is beautiful and looks like a doctors office! The nurse Mrs. Sarah was excellent! The other office staff were very skilled and professional. I had a pleasant experience. Job well done ladies.

Desk staff were very unprofessional and lazy. Seemed bothered to even have to do theyre job. The discomfort caused by them is enough to avoid this location.
