Dr. Perez and Dr. Dominguez are truly the best Veterinarians I have ever met. I am a rescue PERSON and I take in lots of sick/injured pets that are dumped at the shelter and are not adoptable. If it was not for these two wonderful Doctors, most of thes animals would not be alive today. They have performed miracles on pets that were told by the vet at the shelter, they should be euthanized. I had 2 really critical cases this past year. One was a pup that had a diaphragmatic hernia that was the size of a plum. This type of hernia causes a defect in the diaphragm which allows abdominal organs such as the liver, stomach and intestines to enter the chest cavity. These organs then sit in the space between the lungs and the body wall and can compress the lungs, making it difficult for them to expand normally. and the puppy only weighed 6lbs and he was 2 months old. Dr. Dominquez successfully removed this hernia which was very risky and a dangerous and the puppy is alive and healthy today!!! I had another puppy that had multiple fractures, in his front and back leg. The back leg required a major surgey that involved breaking the bone and pinning it back together, this was also a very risky surgery since the bone they had to repair was close to an artery. The risk of severing the artery was high which would lead to the pup losing the leg. Well, once again, Dr Dominguez, successfully performed surgery on this pup and he did not lose his leg.. I call him a miracle Doctor. I am very thankful and blessed to have met such wonderful Doctors that are not in it for the money only for the well being of these animals. They have helped me save these helpless animals both physically and financially without them most of these animals would not be here today. THANK YOU BOTH FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL WORK YOU DO TO HELP THESE ANIMALS, YOU ARE AMAZING:::)))))))) CHRISSY AND LAURYN

I took Romea, my 3 year old Pomeranian, for an annual check up early this year to this clinic and loved the clinic (very clean) and their staff (very friendly). She was in heat in June and experienced incontinence after the heat. I took her to the clinic and Dr. Oliver was the best! He diagnosed an UTI (Urinary Tract Infection/Cystitis), sent her home with treatment, and she recovered really soon! Romea turned 4 last Friday and looked fabulous and perfect. Now, this past Sunday night, Romea vomited twice and on Monday morning, I noticed she was breathing faster than usual. Also, she had some (what seemed to be) dry yellowish milk on her little nipples. I decided to be better safe than sorry and took her to the clinic right away and asked for Dr. Oliver. He examined her thoroughly, took her temperature (fever) and decided that both X-Ray and blood work were needed. When he came back with the results, he told me that it seemed to be a pseudopregnancy with a pyometra. Dr. Oliver recommended surgery to remove her uterus and antibiotics to treat the infection and prevent it from spreading to other organs. I was aware that a Pyometra was a serious and life threatening condition if not diagnosed or treated on time, and I trusted her doctor 100% so Romea was hospitalized right away. Dr. Oliver and his staff took care of her, and she had surgery yesterday. Shes now home recovering and she is doing really well. I actually think shes feeling better than shes supposed to after having surgery. There are no enough words to thank Dr. Oliver (the best!) and all the staff (Manuel & Yolanda especially) for taking care of my little baby! -I will be FOREVER grateful♡ Gracias, Gracias, Gracias♡

The worse service by "Professionals". I found a kitten on the side of the Express way with its arm mangled and bones sticking out. I took it to see if they can do anything for it and they told me that they would have to remove it paw completely and that it had a 50/50 chance of making it through the sugery plus lots of $$$$. Since I did not have the money unfortuntaley I could not do it. I asked if they can put it to sleep. The lady said no problem that way the poor kitten would stop suffering. As I was leaving they told me that I had to pay. OK I said. Then they stuck me with a bill of $89. I told the lady that I did not have that kind of money on me and she said that it was not her problem and that I could not leave until I paid her. I told her that fine, just bill me and I will pay you and she told me that it does not work that way to call someone and that they wanted their money. Long story short I ended up paying with my companies credit card and had to explain this to my boss. This was so unprofessional. I was going to pay it if they would have billed me. I was just trying to help a suffering animal. If you took a suffering child to the hospital they would not turn him/her away and say "Sorry, if you do not have the money it is not my problem". I am currenlty adopting a kitten for my daughters birthday next week and would never ever go back to these peopel again. I am glad I found out what type of peopel work there before I went and spent any more money. This facility is terrible. Would never recommend it. If anyone ever ask me about an animal clinic I will let them know to never go to this one.

The worst animal clinic I have ever been to. The staff are a bunch of young girls with nasty attitude problems. Cindy is the absolutely the worst of them all. The act like they are doing you a favor. I was trying to pay and in the middle of it, one of them took a phone call to talk about her car repairs on the phone. So I am standing there waiting trying to leave and she is just going on and on talking to her mom about her car repairs. Then, they wrote the WRONG prescription on my dogs meds. Cindy got loud with me on the phone when I tried to explain to her that it is SIMPLE MATH...If I have to give my dog 2ml a day and the bottle says there is only 15ml in the bottle...them it would only 1 weeks worth of medication. She got all loud and said flippantly "Oh well, then give to her for a week." WTH, what do you mean?? The prescription says 10 days....what do you mean "just" give it to her for a week? When did she get her vet degree?? She copped an attitude and I had to remind her to lose it because if it wasnt for customers like myself that pay, she would not have a salary and there would be no hospital cause she was not doing me any favors. I asked to speak to the Dr and of course, he "was not available" . I left my cell phone number for him to call me to talk about my dog and her attitude and I have yet to get a call. I will never go back again. BTW, the physical is low priced, yes...but buyer beware they will get you with an estimate that is truly outrageous. The whole experience was just awful. I will NEVER go back. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
