Our beagles have been patients of the Pet Care Clinic for almost four years since we moved to Florida from Chicago. From the beginning the Pet Care Clinic has welcomed us and made us feel like family. Dr. Diaz is an incredible veterinarian. He is thorough and professional with wonderful bedside manner. He is very patient and always takes the time to answer questions without making you feel as if he is rushing. The techs, Ricky and Bianca, are so good with our dogs and incredibly knowledgeable. They always great our beagles with a smile and hug regardless of how crazy our dogs are :). We truly feel that they care about our pets well-being because of the way they interact with our dogs and the fact that either the techs or Dr. Diaz himself always call the day after an appointment to make sure there are no problems and no questions. The office manager, Melissa, always does everything she can to fit us in with appointments in emergences and she works constantly with our pet insurance to make sure the paperwork is in order and our files are not lost in the shuffle. She is incredibly meticulous and kind. All of the staff go above and beyond their jobs and their dedication to their work shines through in each visit and phone call. Whenever you walk through the door you are always greeted with a smile (the vet is one of our two year olds favorite places to visit!). Even though we have since moved from Doral we continue to go to the Pet Care Clinic because they are like family. We ALWAYS refer people to the Pet Care Clinic and we always will!

Dr Rick Díaz and all his staff are one of the best examples of compassionate human beings who are highly competent, each in their specific area of responsibility. Our cats have been clients and patients of Dr Díaz for over 18 years and they have always been focussed ensuring they were healthy and comfortable while attentive to our emotional involvement with them. Kika, a female cat of ours lived for 22 years, much due to Dr Díaz care. And Mendy - a male cat we adopted who had AIDS - would have died soon thereafter had it not been for the special attention he got from Dr Díaz and his staff. In fact, Mendy lived an "extra" five years. We not only recommend Dr Diaz and his staff, we are grateful to them all. Thank you, Bob & Cly Kincey

I have known/used Dr Rick for more than 23 years. He was the Vet for my Bogie (17 year old Shih Tzu, passed away 6 yrs ago), and now I am still with him for my Shih Tzu puppy Rio. I love the everything about The Pet Care Clinic of Doral. They have a friendly staff, very responsive and kind staff. I also use Marys Grooming, which I love that is located in the same place, she is excellent and my doggys have always loved her. I have lived in Doral for 32 years and I would highly recommend (and always do) The Pet Care Clinic of Doral to anyone with animals. I would never go anywhere else I TRUST them implicitly.......

Tks, Pet Care Clinic of Doral! The Dr. and the staff members are courteous and professional. I had my dog well taken care of for the nearly 2 years I have been using their services, from regular vaccinations to emergencies and especially with animal boarding. It can be traumatic for an animal to be left behind by its owner, but I know she had good experience there because she happily walks in the clinic over and over again. Now, moving back to my country, they helped with the documentation needed for USDA and for the airline. We are going to miss Miami and the good friends from the Clinic.

I am so regrettable I overlooked the only one star review before I visited this place. It is a rip off. I have exactly same experience with the one star review lady before me. They charged me $600 and never told me what happened to my dog. It is like you go to a hospital, the doctor asks you to do x-ray and other exams before they can tell you anything and those tests are already $600. I ended up going to other pet clinic who only charged me $48 and the bums on my dog are gone. So keep away from this place is my sincerest advice. Never overlook although there is one bad review.

I normally dont write reviews but I recently took my dog Ludacris for a dental cleaning and it was great! First off, the staff is amazing. Not only are they friendly but they are very knowledgeable. They walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date. Furthermore, the clinic is cleaner than my kids pediatrician. The lobby had a blissful cherry smell. And to top it off, the grooming service amazed me. We will be definitely be coming back for Ludas annual vaccines. Keep up the good work!

I have been taking my dog to this clinic for the past few years and I am extremely happy with their services. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the fantastic and caring treatment of Dr. Díaz, I would recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pet. Dr. Diaz takes time to explain and find the best course of action and treatment and the staff makes sure to follow up the next day. I also use their boarding services and always feel that Boo is very well taken care of.

They told me my dog had ringworms and that she needed to have baths EVERY week! they ripped me off! I took her to another vet and they gave her meds and it left in 2 days and it never come back! Dont make the same mistake. I just found out that they are doing the same thing to a neighbor of mine! Stay away from this place...far away! ps. i spent almost $1,000 at this clinic which did not cure my pet and the other vet only ended up being $47.00.

I love this clinic. The Dr. and the staff are very kind and professional. My dog has a leg problem. So he needs a wheel chair. And also he is not strong for his health. The pet care clinic takes care of perfectly. They were closed when my dog was sick. But I did text to the Dr.. And then he gave me an idea for my dog. That was wonderfull.

I was new to this clinic, as well as being new to the Doral area. I had a horrible experience down the street, luckily for my fiancée, my dog and myself Dr Diaz was right down the street and was like our dogs savior. The customer service was exceptional. Dr Diaz didnt rush through the visit either. We were so relieved.

Dr. Rick Diaz at the Pet Care Clinic in Doral is a very caring and loving vet. I have been using them for over 20 years and it has always been a pleasant experience to go there.
