Dr. Baptista treated my laso Apso Kiko and pug Midnight throught 8 years of age. The appointment techs issued appts the same day or the following day, many times on saturday. Dr. Baptista always expressed joy to see my puppies and was very informative, concise and willing to work with me. A few times I got a break in fees for bring them at the same time for care. Dr. Baptista made follow-up calls to my home regarding progress and current state of health for both Midnight & Kiko. A few times he recommended over the counter ointments to save on cost. To fill prescriptions, I was a call away and ready to pick up at a moments notice. I no longer live in Miami Lakes. I have tried other vets,they do not compare to the quality of attention and delivery of heathcare we received at Dr, Baptistas clinic. Kudos for Dr.Baptista "We All Miss You!" Carmen Lim

Lucky Pancho is our Therapy Rescue Cat at The Perfect Circle. Dr. Batista saved his life almost 4 years ago and he has brought such joy to me and our members. He is part of our family. Lucky Pancho got sick 2 weeks ago and had to have two molars removed and his teeth cleaned. Once again the excellent care and professional staff along with Dr. Batista got Lucky Pancho healthy and back doing what he loves. Thats why I recommend him to everyone in the area. Dr. Batista is amazing! My family and I have been coming to him for years and has been nothing but a great doctor and friend! Hes kind, gentle and loving to all the animal he sees and cares for! We have been blessed to come upon someone who not only does his job just because its a job but because has a big heart for our furry loved ones.
