I called and took my dog there yesterday morning re: toad/frog poisoning. Even though it was my 1st time going there, upon my arrival they took the dog straight to the back and started the treatment of flushing out his mouth (which was done before I left home) and started an IV! The staff was very attentive towards my concern of him surviving, that I was informed of everything that was done for him during this crisis. Dr. Morales and the staff assured me that they would take care of him in every possible way so that he could come home, in which he did. They did a follow up call today to check up on him, which I really appreciated. The place is VERY clean with no pet smell of any source and the staff is AMAZING!!! Thank you for your service

Office offer a great and quick service CHARGING YOU but....I took my dog to the clinic because she breathes heavely without aparent reason. After Dr. Morales saw her he ordered a blood test and explained to me that if the results were OK, then a possible hearth problem would be the cause.He told me that he would call me AS SOON as the results were available to define was was the plan to follow....that was on Sept-6th..it is now Sept-10 and he hasnt call me...the blood test results were ready on Sept-7th and ONLY because we called the office we knew about them....However, the young girl that assisted him during my visit was EXCELLENT. Many doctors exchanged the word Patient by the new word CLIENT....sad but true.

One day before hurricane Irma they denied service . I begged them to please take care of my dog and they said they could not because he was not a current patient . All I wanted was for them to update his rabies shot for that I can evacuate to a shelter if need be Animal services was closed and I had been working and preparing for the hurricane . Thankfully I went to Hialeah AnimalClinic and they took care of it . I could not understand why they refused service. I live in the neighborhood and have never been there because one time I had called and their prices were high . I dont recommend this place at all .

They charge $260.01 the next day the dog died. Never told me everything how bad he was , never takes your pets to them, muy mal trato de todos, lleve mi un sábado y murio el próximo Día nunca me dijeron qué el perrito se estaba muriendo,cobrando son muy bueno

Great vet! The office is very clean, doesnt smell like other vet clinics, the staff is very friendly, and most importantly, the doctors are very knowledgeable and have lots of experience. My cat was hospitalized for 2 days with severe kidney failure, the clinic uses the most advanced treatments, I was always kept informed, now my cat is back home doing great, I can not be more grateful to the staff and doctors at Miami Lakes Veterinary Clinic, Sam says thank you guys.

Great veterinarians, the doctors are nice and very knowledgeable, the staff in very compassionate, and answered all my questions. The clinic is clean and uses all of the new technology. I had a very good experience at this clinic. I am from Washington DC and come to Miami often with my dog, this will be my away from home vet forever.

The staff is rude and not helpful at all. They charged me $300.00 for " dog allergies" when my dogs had fleas. They then didnt want to sell me flea medicine without me bringing the dog back in to charge me a visitation fee yet again.

Both Dr. Morales and Dr. Daubert are great doctors, the staff is also. They care about their clients and their patients very much. You WILL leave very satisfied. They take their times and everyone is very considerate and helpful.
