Went to see this Dr. Robert Weaver of Sentara Pratt Medical Group in Fredericksburg on 8-11-16. My father has a very large tumor in his nose blocking his air passage. My father is confined to a bed and so to get him out of the nursing home to an office is a huge deal! We get to his office and my father thought he was going to be sick so we asked for a bag for him. He didnt get sick. He just thought he was going to be sick. So the receptionist opens the window and asks "does he have a virus?" I tell her no hes just sick from the car ride and his tumor blocks his air way which makes him feel sick. She comes back and says "the doctor cant see him if hes getting sick." THE DOCTOR CANT SEE HIM BECAUSE HE MIGHT GET SICK. THE DOCTOR. I had to schedule a ride for him to get here in a wheel chair. He had to get out of bed which he is unable to do. AND THE DOCTOR WONT SEE HIM IF HE MIGHT GET SICK. PISS POOR SERVICE. Oh but the flier on the desk says "Dr. Weaver believes in taking time to develop a TRUSTING physician-patient relationship, treating each patient equally and with due respect". Bullsh*t. If you are looking for an ENT I suggest you stay away from Dr. Robert Weaver, M. D., FAAO, FACS Ear Nose and Throat of Fredericksburg Sentara Pratt Medical Group.

I took my daughter to see Dr Weaver for chronic sinus infections. After waiting 45 minutes to be taken back to an exam room that could have easily come from the 1970s. The doctor came in to do an exam, blew his nose, then proceeded to examine her with out washing his hands and with no gloves on. None of the instruments were wrapped in autoclavable bags so you could tell if they had been properly sterilized. And when he used the scope to see into the sinuses he placed it back into a very cloudy solution that looked like what the hair stylist places her combs in. The infection control on this office is greatly lacking in my opinion. I would not recommend Dr Weaver to anyone.

I called Dr Weavers office today to schedule an appointment. New patient, tricker, out of town, all the stuff you hear about that doctors hate. I spoke to Yani and was immediately impressed by her cheerful professionalism. She got me booked in for next Monday and explained how to reapply my tricker referral. I am looking forward to Monday after meeting such a helpful staff member. Thanks Yani and see you all soon.

I had been having trouble breathing and having sinus problems for going on 3 years. After just 2 visits with Dr. Weaver, he was able to diagnose and set me up a corrective surgery. Now I am able to breath and starting to smell things again. I would recommend Dr. Weaver to my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Weaver.

Dr. Weaver was great , he could see my granddaugher was nervous about our visit , she knew her tonsils where a issue and thats why we where there he was kind and calming. 5 stars to you Dr. Weaver:)
