I moved my entire family over here b/c I was told it was a good place. Every place is good place until theres a problem.. they billed my insurance company for services that werent rendered (aka fraud). My insurance company rejected the charges, then they tried to come to me for $166 office visit.. I called to ask why I was being billed for the office visit (note- I took my daughter there for a physical.. side note again- they dont let you have a physical without seeing you first.. which is what this was for) during this time I was lied to (they told me the invoice was b/c my daughter wasnt covered- lie- it was because they billed my insurance for stuff that wasnt done, which is not covered), hung up on, told that I need to "calm down and stop talking so loud" (I never cursed, disrespected anyone, or anything, of course Im going to be loud, your lying to me and being fraud, your office hung up on me and I had to drive to your office to not be helped).. me thinks not.. Dr. offices make tons of money, the least they can do is give better service and NOT fraudulently charge insurance companies..

They front desk staff is EXCELLENT! Very Proffesional! I have been seeing Dr. Williams for a year and she is amazing. She helped me get to the bottom of the issues I was having after seeing many specialist for years and she got to the bottom of it. The other day I needed an urgent appointment and was seen by Cindy Hennigh, She was amazing as well. I am a person who likes to see the same physician when i go to the office but I understand the Doctor schedule doesnt always fit mine. They have provided me comfort that when my doctor isnt available they have staff that i am comfortable with.

I take my child here. Ive seen three separate providers because his PCP rarely has openings within a week. They dont do Bloodwork in house, so I have to take my kid to the hospital to get a tube of blood, which is annoying. The provides have all been great and informative. The nurses are all friendly and non-judgey. I will likely move my care here once my insurance is straightened out.

They have a lab in their suite. Dr. Patel is superb; two other physicians also too great care of me. Front desk staff and assistants are the best. Couldnt recommend them any higher.

Very nice! Staff is friendly and doctors spend time with you. I am not someone who enjoys going to doctors but this place makes it comfortable.
