O STARS! The Worst Incompetent Dental Office on the Face of the Planet. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. This has been the worst experience ever and unprofessional practice. I cant believe this place is possibly still running. First off the only help you will get is from the receptionist Jacori and bless her heart she doesnt have the answers because they have her doing the dirty work and the poor new girl who should run as fast as she can now. I do not see a lasting career trying to clean up the big mess this facility has going. First I took my daughter for a cleaning and they took over 2 1/2 hours to complere. Mind you only one other patient was there. Dr. Tilman was busy flirting chit chatting about personal life with the assistant Jennifer who does not seem certified because you learn professionalism and behaviors in school. My daughter sat in the chair where she almost fell asleep from waiting so long she is 13. When she came out she told the receptionist that she thinks they had a crush on each other and told us what they were talking about. Embarrassing for them. I brought it up to Jennifer and she mentioned that she grew up with his daughter and so on. Well Dr. Tilman you should not mix business with pleasure. After leaving I had second thoughts about the place due to the lack of professionalism and changed my mind and did not want to proceed. I called Felicia and she was very rude at first but then I brought it to her attention that I am patients parent that was about to have over 4000.00 in services and they were out of network and she changed her tune. She answered all of my questions and then changed my initial deposit day of 500.00 to the date my daughter was having braces put on. Well what do you know? They never changed the date in the system and hit my bank twice with additional fees this was 9/28 and then again on Monday 10/3...so I they took their 500.00 early and I got hit with additional fees of 60.00 from my bank not to mention the items that bounced due to their mistake. I called over 10 times Monday, VM and on hold for over 30 min each time or I got hung up on. Tuesday I call all day and mind you still no call from the Dr. or Felecia as they promised. I now see it was to give me the run around. Why not throw me a bone you already took my money. I go up to the office wait an hour and half to talk to the dr. and he never comes out and leaves and the new girl Sonia resets my appointment and promised at 3pm they will have a check ready on Wednesday and they will see my daughter this week as a courtesy. Wednesday Feleicia returns and no call or remedy from either on still, I arrived at 4:15 and Sonia tells me to wait the Dr. will talk to me and Felecia is handling it. I waiting over an hour again with my child waiting and they walk back and fourth 10 times and then Sonia is sent back out with a form to tell me they cannot cut the check after all because I did not have money in the account. HELLOOOOO? I know that and that is why I am here because YOU guys took it out EARLY! So apparently the communication is bad here and I ask to talk to the Dr. and Feliocia and then they tell me they left out the back door. So I waited the whole time and they both were well I aware this has been going on and they made the mistake not me and still refused to give my money back for services that were never rendered. This place is the most unprofessional business practice I have EVER experienced. I should have taken my gut instinct from day one. Do not I repeat do not go to this place and do not give them your account information. It is now Thursday and no call or nothing. Clearly the patients do not come first here and or do they care. They took my money quick but refuse to answer due to their mistake and give it back. I am going to the Board, Peer Review, Office of the Attorney General and every other place that I need to until this is resolved. This Dr. and his practice needs to be investigated and maybe this is something the news should be aware of. Clearly the reviews do not lie here!

30min waiting time in reception room. 2 hours afterwards for the doctor. Employees have trouble operating standard dental machines and have issues taking common Intraoral X-rays. Had no idea how to take Extraoral X-rays. Barely cleaned my teeth first visit and forgot to record the visit/cleaning altogether. They had to retake all X-rays second visit. After this visit I was told a filling had fallen out. Doctor did not communicate any further diagnosis or explain to me what should happen next. After I got to the desk I had to ask what needed to happen and the receptionist stated a crown was required for the tooth in question. The procedure was quoted at 1,500 which I thought was a bit high. I had no pain or sensitivity so I looked for a second opinion just to be sure It was necessary. Long story short I discovered that I did not need a crown. In fact I did not even need to repair a filling and no filling had fallen out in the first place. The worst part is that Almeda refused to transfer my X-rays to my new dentist, even after I paid them to do so. When I called to request these X-rays they would put me on hold or just forward me to an answering machine. Eventually they blatantly lied to me stating that they had already sent them. As far as Im concerned the quality and more importantly, the integrity of this business is inexcusable and they should be ashamed. Their X-ray machines are out of date, fluoride treatment is from a tube, and doctors cant communicate to their patients.

This is the worst place ever! I could write a book about Dr Tillman and his rude a.. clerk PHYLICIA! She is so ridiculous and rude, you will really have to have patience to deal with her lieing smart mouth! Dr Tillman know about her behavior and he does nothing about it! They have been closed since march for non payment of rent in the building they are using! I wasnt notified and I have braces that made my mouth look horrible! I am unable to get the professional care that I need from this dental office! They are stealing money from patients! If your closed and unable to provide accurate dental services for the last month! Why are they drafting my bank account! I am pursuing legal actions against this man because this is sad! They are closed and still getting money out of peoples banking account! He was never trying to resolve the issues in that office, all he was doing was taking folks money! He could never keep any dental assistants because PHYLICIA runs them all away!

ATTENTION: Please I beg do NOT go to this trash ass office! It smells, the waiting room is extremely dirty and cold always. The staff is rude and unfriendly. They never answer the phone and if you do get ahold of someone they place you on hold for over 30mins. I wouldnt advise my worse enemy to attend this practice. Dr. Tillman cares nothing for his patients only after chasing a check. I was scheduled for treatment, arrived early and still waited in the waiting room for over an 1hr and 1/2. Once I finally got to the back, all I could hear were screaming children and other individuals personal information being stated being that all the rooms are open and so close together. To make a long story short I was so unsatisfied with set up and dirtiness of the room that I just got up and left. I would give him no stars if I could.
