The Bird Family, father and son, and all of their staff, are easily the finest advocates for my familys dental health I have ever had. Contrary to the review written about how they attempted to rip someone off, I can say that in 15 plus years of going to them I have always felt they worked over time to make sure my family members not only were served exceedingly well but my dental insurance was used ethically to support our care. Going from having no cavities in my early thirties to arriving at Birds with a mouth full of major problems in my mid forties I know what it is like to go from a dentists office that simply milked my insurance and gave me no hope of having my teeth latter in life to one that I overwhelming enjoy going to. Their dental care and wise coaching on how to go forward has beed worth far more than all the work they have needed to do on my teeth. There is something to be said about people that are in business for something other than financial gain. This office is full of Rare Birds, a group of dental pros that are profoundly kind!

BE AWARE!!! Don’t go there if you value your morals. They are bunch of scammers. They will take your insurance information upon free checkup and give you an estimate that is not near what you be paying. After calling my insurance they told me that job on my end is going to be $244. I had to pay $365 on my first visit with an explanation that they are not in the network and then and extra $136 afterwards for an additional work that needed to be done. I thought that is end of the nightmare when a couple days later I got another bill for $420. When contacted, they said they will work it out because they are there to help and guess what they charged my insurance an additional $89 more and bump up my payment for like $30(now I must pay $450). I am just speechless. Also in the beginning, they give you a form to sing so you can’t sue them. These people know how to work the system.

I got a new job and had to move away from my dentist and just about everything else I was familiar with. I was somewhat apprehensive about starting with a new dentist. I looked online and found Bird Family Dentistry. Im sure glad I found them! The office is bright, appealing and clean! The staff is welcoming and professional! My hygenist , Sandy, was warm and engaging! We hit it off right away. Dr. Bird, senior, was thorough and kind! I cant say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend them! You wont be disappointed with their demeanor or the level of care.

I have had just three appointments so far and all three have been upbeat, professional yet personable experiences. The Doctor checked me out but had little to do. The hygienist had her hands full but did a great job. Im a 71 y.o. baby; they live up to the "minimal discomfort" claim. Anyway, Ill be going back. Oh, as to expense: cost seems commensurate with prior professional dental service I have received.
