So yeah, under my dental plan at work, I took the cost-effective and easy way out and went with Kaiser Dental (Big Mistake). Although I applaud their efforts, it became clear to me after several visits that they operated more like a sweat shop than a dental office. In my last visit, I was getting a filling and really would have appreciated my dentist giving me her attention, or needless to say, paying attention. Instead, my dentist was more worried about the fact that they were behind schedule with a waiting room full people. As you can imagine, this made my dentist rush, and when you rush, your work sucks. I actually heard my dentist say, “its good enough” to the hygienist right before she smiled and said I was finished. It was then I began my search for a new dentist. After a recommendation from a buddy of mine, I made my next appointment at Above and Beyond Dentistry in Battleground, WA. I’ve been a patient there for over a year and see Dr. Low for my work. Although I don’t particularly enjoy going to the dentist, its comforting to know that they actually care about their patients take the adequate amount of time to do a good job. Dr. Low is a straight shooter and gives his patients options when offering treatment. I give this place a thumbs up!

As always, my experience at Above and Beyond Dentistry today was worth my praises. With so many dentists to choose from these days, its comforting that I am in good hands with a knowledgeable and empathetic team! Dr Low and his team are cutting edge, investing in new and improved treatments to decrease pain and risks and increase quality of oral health. Im so excited for the new advanced treatment they introduced me to today for my personal treatment plan. There is no worry that I may be missing a better option when another dentist. I can relax and trust their expertise. I hear friends with such terrible stories of procedures gone wrong with their dentists but everything that I and my family have had done has been superb. The office is pristine and the staff are so friendly you will feel like family. One could just tell they genuinely like each other and love what they do. Theyve been working together for many years. Above and Beyond Dentistry takes special care in making their patients feel individually important. This is truly a dentistry like no other.

I have been a patient for the last year or so and I continue to be amazed at the entire professional staff. From Dr. Low to the hygenists, assistants and reception staff everyone is friendly, competent and appreciative of every patient that walks through the door. There has never been a time during my implant procedure, cleanings and/or consultations that I felt anything but trust in and admiration for the work the team does. This practice is far and away the best dental practice i have been to in the last 20 years bar none. You can be confident that the recommedations are specific to your case and only what is needed. Whatever your needs may be you can rest assured you will be treated in a professional and respectful manner from beginning to end.

I had my wires removed from my braces for a cleaning because i had stains on my teeth. At the cleaning I asked if she was going to polish my stains to which I was given the answer that we cant do that because she might knock of a bracket. At the time this seemed reasonable, but i ran it by my ortho and that is a complete lie. The majority of the reason for having wires removed is so the teeth can be polished and is standard procedure for a cleaning. When i confronted them about it I was left a message saying that "its not something we really do here" and "thats not why you came in". Then on top it of they tried to "remedy" the situation by having me come back in to be polished with my ortho wires still on! Absolutely appalled by this place!

I am living in Austin, but I had not had much luck with dentists in my town. Being in town for an extended stay to visit friends, I had a couple recommendations to give Dr. Lows office a try. I didnt expect a dental visit to be pleasant but it was great! The front desk person was very warm and she made checking in a breeze. I was brought back promptly by the hygienist (I forget her name), for X-rays, and the checking of my gums. Dr. Low came in for the exam, and was very easy going, and easy to understand. He explained his recommendations very well, and we were even able to take care of what I needed the same day! I highly recommend Dr. Low and his staff.

Doctor Low and his staff are so great! We live in Vancouver, WA and its a little bit of a drive to Battleground but its absolutely worth the trip. Doctor Lows work is outstanding but what really stands out is how down to earth he is. He talks to you like hes your best friend. I always get a little bit stressed out when I go to the dentist (especially for a cavity or root canal) so a dentists demeanor is very important to me. I love that he and his staff actually listen to me and take the time to answer my questions. From veneers to a standard teeth cleaning, I highly recommend Doctor Low and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Low and his team are amazing. The whole atmosphere is friendly, easy-going and understanding. I always feel whatever procedure or work that is being suggested is being suggested for my benefit. I recently had my front two teeth replaced with veneers and while the veneers were being made I had temporary caps on my teeth. About a week into having my temporaries, I broke them in my sleep. The next morning, which was a Sunday, I called Dr. Lows emergency line and he was very calming and reassuring and got me into the office the next day! He had my veneers rushed and I left with a brand new, beautiful smile :)

Horrific went their to get a lose crown reglued and teeth cleaned left in the most painful in my life. Low reglued it and it fell off in 2 day he would not fix it I tried twice he refused was in pain for a month . Fixed it myself and lost the pain. Beware of this guy cast and crew are deceitful. Thanks for the response Dr. but you still owe me money thats why I turned you in to both my insurance carriers. If you would like to talk in person or even a phone call that would be great instead of hiding behind the women at your front desk.

Dr. Low and his staff are such wonderful caring people. They really make you feel at home. I hated going to the dentist prior to coming here. But, because they are so warm and friendly, and show true concern for every member of my family, I love going there. My billing has never been messed up, like it had been at other places. They do their research and try to make sure I have the most accurate quotes. When I go, they know who I am and ask about my kids if they arent present. They are like family to me. I wouldnt go any other place.
