worked for the company over a year mind you. completely unorganized and unprofessional.my client was hospitalized from having a stroke no one informed me of the situation nor did they inform me when she was released(and she needed care) if it wasnt for me knowing her personally and checking on her daily i would of never known. (HR director told me shes only human and makes mistakes)was given a hard time and forced to wait over 30 days for a pay check because the office staff there misplaced my time sheet then accused of claiming unworked hours because they dont keep informed on their clients.(client went out of town for a weekend return the Monday after and all they said was she was at a dr apt that day which was not true had to have the family back me up.) then once i called to discuss changing my work status to prn instead of part time due to starting school. i was informed the only required 7 day notice, gave them 8 and on the 9th day the owner called and told me they require 14 days and that there isnt a prn position in their company? and as i explained who i talked to and turned my written statement into he put his phone on speaker and his HR director Jessica begins to argue and deny ever speaking to me. This company is a joke. They forged my signature on EVERY IN SERVICE FOR A YEAR STRAIGHT. i had to ask for evaluation only recied 1 in a 14 month period of working there and the woman who gave it to me just went down a check list and marked satisfactory never even asked my client, or inquired to what she was putting on my evaluation. absolutely ridiculous. In the process of contacting the board of health for the state of ohio. and reporting them also to the area agency on aging this is crazy! DO NOT ALLOW UR LOVED ONES TO BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM

These people are not from the USA , they short you on your check every single time and furthermore very unprofessional they dont care about the the clients or staff the owner is a lier and very much a untrustworthy person... DO NOT LEAVE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH THE CARE OF ONE OF YOUR LOVE ONES THEY WILL LET THEM DIE .

Very unprofessional. This company needs to hire a consultant to come in and whip this place into shape before they go out of business. Professionalism keeps businesses open, rude attitudes do not.
