This place is terrible all around!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! All of the people in the office on center rd are rude, ESPECIALLY Tori! They also pay there employees minimum wage which is ridiculous for everything the employees do they deserve to be paid for the work they do. I never received my W2 its been almost a month since they mailed them out and I live two minutes down the road from primary never moved etc.i have checked the mail everyday myself waiting on it, and because they lost it I have to pay $35 to get a COPY from them in which when I did go to get a copy Tori was extremely rude and I asked her who her manager was and asked who owned primary and her reply was that "it was none of my business". I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THESE PEOPLE ARE!!!!!!!!!!! And I pray for anyone else that has had to deal with this woman being rude to them as well because I know Im not the only one!!
