After spending a week and having Dr office fax order over three times, they call me up say they are bringing out O2 today. Insurance covering 100% and will arrive at my home between 1-5pm today, got a confirmation call an everything.... then at 3pm they call to tell me the district manager refused the order and was not bound by contract to fill the order. My Dr office called them was told the same thing; they are no longer using this company to fill anymore orders due to this. Apria would not give reason why. My son is 15yrs old and is being refused what kind of company does this. Horrible company.

Very poor customer service. No one seemed to care that my 15 month old son was doing without the medical supplies he needed. Their after hours on call service is a joke. I hope you dont need anything too late in the night from them, because you wont get it.

Having a very hard time returning a cpap. Very disappointed in corporate! On hold FOREVER only to be put on hold AGAIN! They seem to be very greedy and uninterested in helping in anyway.
