We have been using this company for over 5 years now and I have nothing but praise for them and their staff. Concerns have been minimal and are addressed in a positive way immediately. We have been able to have solid continuity in caregivers over time which helps my Dad interact. These caregivers have become a part of the family. Brightstar was a Godsend when I was looking for transportation for my son to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. Not only did Tim come out to meet with us but he found someone very quickly that fit our needs. Brightstar checks up on how things are going periodically which gives me reassurance and peace of mind.
