I have worked for Bright Star for 3 years now and enjoy assisting families with their parents care. It is nice to hear their life stories and help them with their daily needs. This also gives peace of mind to their families that they are receiving good care. If I have any questions or concerns I know that I can call the office for assistance. We also receive yearly training of CPR and First Aid as well as on-line training.

I would not recommend this company to anyone with a senior needing assistance. Less than stellar care, timely communication is non exsistant with office staff. Care employees were scheduled for back to back shifts, showed up exhausted. Some used any opportunity possible to not work during the shift, others came with a big heart and enthusiasm. I always get concerned when many of the reviews are from employees not clients.

Ive been employed with this company for three years. The home care staff work well together to meet the consumers needs and truly care for the consumers well being. I have over 15 years of experience in this field and have worked for other home care providers, but Brightstar is by far the best. The owners care about their employees and working for them has been a pleasure.
