It is now 6:12pm and I am waiting STILL!!!! My father is sitting in a chair because we have no bed. ALL I wanted to do was to get the right size bed for my 62 father. Recently broke a hip and now due to hip restrictions he cannot comfortably sit in a chair for long hours (NO ONE CAN). Its been 7 hours since the person came to my home and left. They brought the wheelchair as though is was to pacify us. This was because they told me that they forgot the extension to make the bed longer. Now, when I talk to the customer service, they tell me that the branch ran out of the item. WTF HOW? I placed an order for it five days ago. Hell, at this point I should have smelled the bull dump. I asked why cant you build a regular sized bed for now and later bring the extension. "I have to call my manager" -- OKAY? (after the call) ... well have someone bring out the bed with the extension.... Three calls later and seven hours later... Im finding a way to ease my pain as I hear my father moan (as he attempts to get sleep in a wheelchair) and he rather sit on the floor than to stay in a wheel chair with soiled diapers. Im about to go to Walmart or somewhere and buy a GD bed!!!

This is by far the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. It is amazing that they are dealing with something as critical as oxygen. It took my husband 5 days to get the oxygen the Dr. ordered. I spent hours on the telephone, holding only to get "cut off", never getting the same person, and attempting to understand people with very heavy accents. The process was exhausting, and stressful. This company should not be allowed to operate this way. There is no customer service or respect of any kind. We are talking about oxygen not ordering a pizza! It appears there are no records noted for anything. Some of the reasons and excuses we were given were ludicrous. This company should NOT be in business. I have no idea how anyone with a conscience could be employed by this company. TERRIBLE!!!!! You have to have 1 star or it will not take your post. This should be all zeros!

Dont try to use Apria you will regret it! It took Apria "4" months to give me an appointment for cpap and mask fitting. I thought it was because I was new patient. HaHa. It is now 6 months later - I need a new mask and other supplies. When I realized I was getting the same bad service I kept notes. I just returned a call to them. The call back number the virtually non English speaking person left was 80024772. The previous voice mail the female left contained no name and she spoke so rapidly the only word I could clearly understand was Apria. When I called back they wanted to verify information I had given them on the previous call that they had no record of. After 3 weeks and 5 calls they just called to verify insurance info. STILL NO APPOINTMENT.

This company sucks. I went to this place for my wifes breast pump, because it the the closet one in the list the insurance company gave me. They initially said it will take them 5-7 business days to verify with insurance company. I waited 2 weeks and 3 days, I called 3 times till now, and when I called today, finally they were calling the insurance company to verify. AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT TAKE THIS ORDER ON THEIR END / INSURANCE SAID THE BREAST PUMP IS INCLUDED IN THE PLAN AND THIS PLACE IS IN THE LIST OF THE PLACES I CAN GO. I have no idea what they were doing until now, but this place suck. I hope no one experience the same problem.

Apria is the absolute worst DME company ever. The customer service is no service. It takes at least 1 week to even get a return call to answer any question. They lie and say equipment will be there same day or next day, it takes at least a week. They give incorrect information. Most of the time the person answering the phone does not speak good English and is very hard to understand. My Cpap machine is going back today. I have notified my insurance company about the terrible nightmare this has been and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER choose Apria! I chose 1 star because I could not post with zero stars. zMy true rating would be ZERO!

First of all, the office has moved to 805 Marathon Pkwy in Lawrenceville; I found out the hard way. Secondly, this company consistently has the worst customer service experience. I cant believe theyre in the business of helping people. The local branch was unwilling to let me return unneeded, unopened supplies in person, so I called customer service and eventually worked up the chain of command to the "billing specialist", who was twice as rude and difficult to work with. After getting nowhere with the phone conversation, this person had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to go ahead and make a payment for said supplies.

Not the one to post negative reviews, but this is the worst service I have ever received!! Im a physician and have never dealt with such incompetency! I have been trying for 2+ weeks to get a knee walker post-op and waited the required time for processing. Only to be told they didnt except my insurance when my insurer gave me their info as a preferred provider. Me and my wife then talked to multiple supervisors and were told that my case would be escalated... i.e. You wont hear from me until you call me back. I for one wont deal with them again and will not refer any of my patients to them as well.

Apria Healthcare is one of the worse companies EVER. I called to discuss a charge and the person who was going to assist me was very rude. When I called to complain I received a call back from the headquarters office who said that the manger would contact me after her vacation but no on ever called. I only hoped that someone who maybe much worse off then me with being sick wouldnt have to go through what I did. Awful folks to deal with not professional do yourself a favor and pick another company.

Mother has been out of rehab for 2 weeks was suppose to receive a wheelchair and 3n1 commode. Took our co pay bit has yet to deliver. It has been 3 weeks the worst turn around ever. Spoke to someone and they made me believe my mothers items would come that day we are on another week with no supplies.

They are the biggest rip off company ever. They verified the wrong insurance number then want me to pay for their incompetence....CUSTOMER NO SERVICE you can never get a person to talk to in the US. They say one thing and dont back it up. Dont ever use this company as they are the worst!!!!

Very poor service. I am amazed .I have been trying to reach for my CPAP machine and supplies. i have called 5 times and every time i have spent 30 minutes on each call and directer 4 times and then the call gets disconnected.

Apria is very unconsidered of their customers. The customer service people are rude. I have been told that if I need something I have to come in and pick it up. They are being payed for services that they don,t provide..
