The company has the worst customer service. I paid for the equipment July 25, was promised it will be shipped. I called a week later, was told it was shipped August 2nd thru Fed EX; called them again August 8th was told to give it a few more days, I asked for the tracking number, and the customer rep said office is closed and will call me with the tracking number, no call back; I called again August 10th, was transferred to four different people and finally another rep said no one answering the phone ; I asked for the manager or supervisor I was told the person wont get on the phone but to tell me they will not ship the order and for me to pick up and they close at 5pm daily, called their head office, no luck either, so I cancel the order; they have rude reps, and the company not organized, I blame the insurance company who contract them. They dont care about the health of customers.

Customer service was OK; not great. One of the main problems is coordinating between Blue Cross Blue Shield and Apria. They cant seem to tell you up front what is covered. BCBS said they were out of network, then another time, they said they were in network and everything would be 100% covered. Then later they said Apria was out of network and I had to pay $169 out of pocket just for mask, hose, filters, & chamber. These cpap suppliers all charge high prices but insurance will only pay a certain amount. Why does this have to be a continual nightmare? Any suggestions as to a better cpap supplier?

1. No direct number to office. 2. I received a phone call after 5pm saying my machine would be delivered before 9pm- no show 3. The next day Received phone call that I can now pick up my machine before 5pm. 4. Made it to office at 5pm and was told the person setting up my machine left at 4:30. Sleep apnea is real, and I have an extreme case. I cant drive 30 min without getting sleepy. Thanks Apria for assisting to make matters worse yet another day for me and my family.

Cannot get in touch with anyone with all the #s provided! Horrible customer service. Was given an appointment for 9/5/16 which all facilities are closed for the Holiday! Really!?
