I was a former employee at BrightStar Care let me just say they arent the most professional and you might want to consider a different company to take care of your loved one. They are unorganized, employees have no training before working with clients, they also over work their employees for close to nothing in hourly wages, Im not even sure they did an extensive background check because they hire so quickly and easily. When the owner told me he didnt work with "Medicaid clients" or pretty much any "state funded" client I was forced to find different employment because obviously we all know what that means. I have 0 tolerance for biased employers or employers who discriminate against what they call "state funded" people who require "more work" as if other existing clients arent hard as well. This location has only been open for close to 2 years so just make sure you give them about 5 years to get the company where it is supposed to be. Hopefully by then they can train their employees more efficiently, gain more clients and put their clients needs first instead of the owners pockets.

We are so pleased with the care that Bright Star has given to our mother. She looks forward to the aide coming in the evening. When she gets there, she often will bake some of her favorites. She also enjoys the companionship and the conversation that they have together. I would highly recommend Bright Star to anyone to care for their loved ones.

I have never worked for a company that cares so much about both the client and employee experience. Brightstar Care is proficient at providing high quality home care.
