Would not reccomend, if you want to know why, read on. My father was diagnosied with matastised melanoma and referred to hospice care about 18 months ago. The very first meeting with these people was confused and discombobulated. The social worker and nurse were supposed to both come but apparently they got their schedules crossed and werent sure what each other was doing. The social worker remained absent for much of the time, however, the nurse was around to earn my fathers trust which is a difficult task when it comes to someone caring for him. Then she unapologetically disappeared without even a word, and when we did get in contact her, we were simply told her shift got changed as if it was no big deal. To people assisting there loved one with a terminal illness and to the person dealing with this themselves, this is a big deal. In his last few days the social worker was non existent and we had no set nurse. The ones who did come out were impersonal and seemed to be simply checking off a to do list instead of really caring for my dad. I believe his last couple of days could have been less painful for him had these people been more present and not dropped the ball. I wont go into the details but lets just say they were aware of issues thst they chose not to deal with. Issues that if that had dealt with, he could have been more comfortable. I have heard stories of hospice being there for the dying person ad their family. This place wont give you that. You will get your medicine but you wont get your support which is necessary. This is why I can not to be them any good rating.

I have come to realize that this company is a professional bluffing facility,, the care my mother received while in their care seemingly was very good, until they used up her hospice insurance when her assessments did not qualify her for hospice care,, when her insurance was all used up they sent her home, now that she is home, I personally care for her, it has been four days now that she has been home and reverance has not even called to my knowlage to check on her, they sent her home with bedsores, (caused by not turning her in bed often enough) sores under her breast, and a hurt sholder,my mom tells me they only changed her briefs once a day.. As her caregiver I have noticed that she has no control over her bowel movements, and needs to be checked and changed hourly, that was never even discussed we me by reverance, I feel that this place is one of the biggest insurance fraud offenders possible,, they say they are under staffed and I think that is bull sh** . when they were charging moms insurance 7000.00 every five days, I also feel that the state needs to pay unannounced visits to this facility, and I say that for what I witnessed while visiting my mother, if you chose to admit your loved one to this facility you need to pay close attention to them. Do not leave the room when they come in to supposedly administer care to your loved one. If their rating scale had a negative five star rating it still would not be low enough..

***PLEASE READ*** If i could leave a review with negative stars i would. RNs were in nothing but a rush to leave. My family waited for hours for someone to show up, the nurse showed up before a request was even sent for a BED! The nurses were RUDE and COMPLETELY UNSYMPATHETIC. My family was left with nothing but questions and a pamphlet off symptoms my mother already had, "incase we have any questions."Please go elsewhere with your loved one. No one deserves the nightmare we went though with this TERRIBLE Company.

Very poor. Not enough social worker to help family with transition of family member with dementia. I will tell the doctor not to refer this company to other patients. Since they are under staffed. No excuse! I know there are alot of degrees individuals that are working as sales clerk because they are not hired due to bureaucratic policies. People who dont know anything about talking care of patients. Patients need to be seen soon after discharge. Not 2 or3 weeks after.

When my wife had a temperature of 103 , they told me all i can do is put a fan on her , but wouldnt come out . SHE DIED 1 HOUR LATER , IN HORRIBLE PAIN . I will spend the rest of my time on this earth making sure everone knows and shut this f****ing place down. So please DO NOT GO HERE .

Reverence Home Health & Hospice (part of Genesys Health System) provided in home care for my father for five months. Our family cannot say enough about the compassion and care the caregivers provided. You are all angels. Thank you so much for all that you did for my father and our family.

These people were of absolutely no help to my mother or our family. complete negligence and incompetence. Were not punctial in the least ( if you could even get a hold of somone). Please, if you see this you really should find a differant hospice.

Wouldnt trust my pets with these people let alone another loved one. Medical and proffessional abandonment. Need a way to give negative stars?
