As a home heath care agent, I have to say great company to work for if you want to be late, leave work late or call off when ever you want. No worries your job is still safe. Horrible company if your looking for a home heath care provider. The aids are wonderful dont get me wrong, but that is if you can get them to show up at your home on time and stay until there shift ends. Heck you would be lucky if an aid completed a full weeks work. The aid that comes to my house for 3 hours a day 5 days a week....EVERY SINGLE WEEK ITS EITHER SHE COMES LATE, LEAVES EARLY OR CALLS OFF. SERIOUSLY YOU WORK 3 HOURS A DAY AT MY HOUSE. You are needed at our homes for a reason.
