I respond to a career opportunity via Indeed for a Staffing Coordinator position based out of the Columbus office. I receive a phone call from the "Administrator", Christy, requesting an interview. I accept and go in to learn more about it. First impression was concerning due to the fact that she was in spandex pants (not professional attire whatsoever), and also she was not very kind about the woman who was currently handling the duties of the position I was interviewing for. She requested to have a second interview with the owner and the Clinical Manager present the following week. I go in for this second interview only to discover that neither party would be involved and it is then that I discovered that the I would be replacing the woman currently handling the staffing department. I was offered the opportunity and provided my personal information (DL, SSN, DOB, address, etc.) and was told I could just email the rest of the paperwork. I was given a new hire packet and told my first date of employment would be Monday, July, 10, 2017. I was really excited for the opportunity because I would be broadening my skills set with HH and was looking forward to getting started. I came home and got to work on the rest of my paperwork so I could email it. Unfortunately, I was experiencing some technical difficulties and sent Christy a text message letting her know to expect it by mid morning. Her response "not a problem, you can turn in Monday if youd like an I can let you know about when you can come in after that. I have to keep my scheduler over the weekend at the moment due to caseload." Naturally, Im confused because of the job offer the day before so I asked her "am I not starting Monday?" and she responds "I have the CEO placing the position on hold right at the moment, I expect it to be open some time next week. Normally this is a quick transition but we have to have a few things wrap up first." I dont know anything about the field staff or the extension of the team in Springfield, but I can tell you that I would not recommend this place to anyone. If "Administrator" can yank me around like she did and not have enough professionalism or courteousy to pick up the phone to call me as opposed to sending me a text message regarding such delicate matters, I can only imagine how the patients are being treated! I took detailed notes in my interviews with this woman both times I met with her and I felt uneasy with the way she spoke of a current team member, the unprofessionalism, the poor communication, and the poor attitude of the current Scheduler chasing off new hires (field staff). I can see why there is a tremendous turnover with this company and I certainly can appreciate why potential field staff back out of working for this company just based on my own experience. I have been successful in multiple leadership positions throughout my career and I learned very quickly my team is only going to be as strong as what I set the bar as and my team is undoubtedly a full reflection of what I am presenting. Maybe instead of passing the blame on employees the Administrator should take a hard look at what shes projecting and producing.

These people treat their employees horribly!! Office staff are like vultures! Heaven forbid you are hired as a DON and try to do your job to only be told by a "receptionist" that it is wrong!! Since when does a receptionist know more about the medical field than a nurse??As an RN, no way would I recommend them to anyone!

One of the best places I have worked, I have worked here for more than 3 years now and I still am the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place for any RN that have just started on the field because they will help you and get you used to being on the nursing field.
