I used this Home Instead office to obtain care for both my step-father and my mother at different times. My step-father was not an easy person to care for, but the people who were sent to care for him made the best of it.There was one person who he did not like, but a phone call took care of it. The woman who cared for my mother could not have been a better fit, She did everything that was required and more, and I occasionally found them sitting down and laughing while drinking a cup of tea. It was great to see my mother enjoying herself since she had been in pain and quite depressed. Having to arrange care was not something I had ever done before, but the staff at Home Instead made it easy and personal.I would recommend them to anyone.

Home Instead Senior Care in Livonia has provided amazing care for my grandparents for many years. Linda took care of my grandma until she passed away in 2013. Now she provides care for my grandpa three days a week. He is 87 years old and diabetic, and it is so reassuring to know that she is there in the morning to make sure he is ok. Last winter on a very snowy morning, she had to park far away, but Linda trudged through the snow to his house. She is an amazing lady and like part of the family!
