Horrible experience with this place. First couple appointments with my tooth-ache they gave me pain medications which when I went to HEB they received no such prescription, so there I was in pain for a couple days trying to get ahold of them to get my prescription in. Then finally when I was able to talk to the dentist they said my pain went down enough to not need the pain medications. Now currently I have moved to a different city and knowing I would need my x-rays I let them know what address I would need them mailed to. Well when I arrive to my first appointment my new dentist said they did not receive my x-rays, so then after calling the dental doc they told me they did not have stamps. Stamps? They had over a week to send them. Now here I am in pain, setting up another appointment for my new dentist, a week a a half goes by, and they STILL have not sent my x-rays and now I am going to have to pay out of pocket for new ones due to my insurance not covering another set. The front desk lady refuses to let me talk to anyone in charge and this company is just extremely unprofessional and unorganized as they could not even repeat the address I told them to send the x-rays to. DO NOT GO WITH THEM, unless you want to constantly waste your time.

Ive been taking my kids to the Dental Doc for going on 8 years now and i will never go to another dentist office again! They treat my kids like family and always give them a free toothbrush, stickers, and toys when they leave. I have 4 kids and they always see them very quickly. Having been a long time patient, im always given little "perks" here and there ;) More people should bring their kids here and stay away from those corporate dental offices!!

Horrible! Dentist yells at my little girl to "chill out" when she was crying when getting her tooth removed not once but twice.
