My sister had told me about this place and I am glad she did.She actually went to the north location but the south location was closer to me.I called and they saw me the next day at a time convenient for me with no problem. They are all great! The whole experience went well for my 3 yr old. She even got a prize. She cooperated with the x ray tech and he got the x rays with no problem. I have been telling everyone to come here. The wait wasnt long even for us being a new patient. They called us back and we didnt have to wait, just went straight to the x ray room where they weighed her and took her blood pressure. The guy was very friendly and told her everything he was going to do and what she could expect to happen next. They have high tech equipment. I love this place. Plenty of parking, freindly staff, the whole place is clean and smells good, the dentist are great. They have a theatre like setting with actual theatre seating, xbox, play area for young kids, and great professional paintings all over. I quickly moved my other daughter to this place as well. Another plus is that they can provide free transportation though i didnt need it it was good to know.

They check hair when they are not suppose to they saw white in my sons hair from his hair glue they assumed that my kids had lice one of the ladys there told me that a girl took her kids to the dentist & where full of lice that they where pooping them everywhere okay one dont in close other peoples information like that I dont want to know about other kids that is embarrassing to both the kids & parents so please dont tell.me about other kids 2nd dont look into a kids hair without the parents consent I aint mad because they looked into my kids hair I have nothing to hide I am upset by the way they handled the situation. Then for them to say my 6 year old lied about them looking in his hair my 6 year old dont lie I was very unsatisfied

I was scheduled at 10:30 am at the South park location which happened to be closed, but I was able to see another doctor within the next 30 min off Roosevelt & Military Dr. I was greeted and treated by all the staff their with the utmost friendliness and they were so professional. WOW what an awesome crew down to the receptionist, office managers, Xray tech, dental hygienist, & the Doctor. THANK you for making my crazy day a successful one.Thankyou to the Area manager as well for her quick response on when I called her that the office I was scheduled to see was closed and acted quickly and set me up to see the Dentist down at another location. WOW what awesome ladies! Ill DEFINETLY be back! THANK you all for making my smile beautiful

My daughter has been going here for dental care for some time now. She has real bad anxiety. The staff work great with her. They always explain everything to her before they do anything. They are patient and always reassure her to help keep her as calm as they can. This is why I keep taking her back. Great staff & quality care are always a plus and The Smile Structure has both. Office is ALWAYS clean. Thank you Smile Structure and keep up the great work!

Smile Structure I feel is an amazing dentistry to bring my daughter, before she use to be afraid of going in to see a dentist but coming here has helped a lot. She comes in goes straight to watching a movie our playing. The staff is also very kind and courteous are always there to answer any questions I may have. I honestly give Smile Structure 5 stars great for the family.
