Afinia Dental, Dr. Kilgore and the entire staff make going to the dentist possible for someone like myself who suffers from dental anxiety. Having the option of IV sedation dentistry has been a wonderful relief for me. Every appointment has been exceptional and any treatments or procedures have always been explained very thoroughly. Ive never had such a clear picture of my dental health before. You can tell how passionate Dr. Kilgore is about dentistry and taking care of his patients. I can FINALLY go to a dentist regularly again! Ive also suffered from headaches and a sore jaw from clenching my teeth for as long as I can remember. Going through the process of using a deprogrammer and having equil done has remedied this for me!! Ive been astonished at my results and this is coming from someone who was leery but tried in desperation. Truly amazing! Thank you Dr. Kilgore and staff for such a wonderful experience each time I have an appointment or reach out with a call. I wish you continued success. If youre searching for a dentist who truly cares and a practice that treats you with respect and genuine kindness, look no further.

I have been looking for a new dental practice for over a year, and with so many choices available the decision was not an easy one. However, after a dental emergency, the service that Afinia Dental provided helped me to select my new dentist with certainty. Dr. Kilgore and the entire Afinia Dental practice operate at a level of excellence. From the moment you enter the office youre greeted with a warm smile. Dr. Kilgore and his staff go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable with whichever procedure youre in need of i.e. extraction, cleaning, braces, etc. Its comforting to know that the level of care and concern shown still exist in a time when customer service is at an all-time low in so many businesses. If you are in the market for a new dentist you owe it to yourself to checkout Afinia Dental. They make it very easy with their convenient office hours, trust me you wont be disappointed I know I wasnt!

I was pleased when I started with this office, but this changed drastically. I was given a personal dental plan. I was supposed to have cleaning every 4 months. They never steered me to the correct chair to get this done, but continued to make appts for me and take full payment for 4 crowns. They pretty much walked me to the door for not following the cleaning schedule and left me in a mess. When I immediately went to Advanced Dentistry for a complete evaluation and was shown in my xrays, that Dr Geiger put 3 crowns in where absesses were already.The dentist was quite surprised that any dentist would do that to a patient. Believe me, I do not recommend this office if you go in expecting fair and proper dentistry. When I first went to this office I thought they were truly helping me save my smile. I WAS WRONG. I dont recommend them for anything. And tell anyone I can.

Dr. Killgore and his entire staff at Afinia Dental are very warm, caring and compassionate professionals. Not many dentists in the area offer IV sedation, which I was specifically looking for. Afinia does and it makes any degree of dental work simple, from fillings to root canals! No more being afraid of going to the dentist or being embarrassed by the work you need done. You basically sleep through the whole procedure. As a business owner, I made a suggestion to Dr. Killgore regarding the cost of IV sedation. To my surprise, they adopted it company wide and instituted it immediately. This new pricing structure allows more patients to receive IV sedation for their dental work at a lower cost. This was really nice to see and I appreciate their openness to suggestions. My only complaint; I wish they had a location closer to Monroe. Keep up the great work guys!! Eric Vance

Love the hours of this dentist (which is essentially how I picked a dentist). Theyre always really flexible with scheduling of procedures. Staff is incredibly friendly. Seems like the dentists are really enthusiastic about their job. I never have to wait long and everyone is professional. The only complaint I have is that at one point I switched my insurance to co-pay I feel like it never got updated correctly with Afinia because they would always say I have no balance after an exam and then I would get a bill in the mail later for my co-pay. That wouldnt be a big deal but I changed it to get other benefits and when I would have them estimate costs I felt like they never showed the coverage I expected. Anyway, I mentioned it but it never changed and Ive since switched my insurance back for other reasons.

Ive been their regular patient for last few years. Called a few days ago to schedule an appointment, but had a question, which lady on the phone couldnt answer, but she promised to discuss my question with the doctor and give me call back shortly. Never did. So no question answered, no appointment set. Okay, I said, people forget things sometimes. Today I called again to set up an appointment with no other questions asked (got my question answered somewhere else). Lady on the phone told me shes busy with another patient right now and she will call me back shortly. And she never did. This is how you lose your clients.

I love, love, love going to the dental group at Afinia Dental in Mason. Upon entering, Lauren, at the front desk is absolutely the kindest, most welcoming person. Then, to be handed over to Casey, the sweet feeling continues. She has the sweetest, most angelic spirit and the comfort here is amazing. I appreciate these girls so very much. Dr Geiger is so awesome and I am blessed by his knowledge. He always makes sure that I am ok throughout procedures, as he exceptionally explains everything! Thanks so much to this awesome group of professionals. #Love going to the dentist

Dr. Kilgore and his team are top notch! Ive been a patient for several years, and I will never go anywhere else in the city. They are extremely patient with my dental phobia, and have taken the time to make sure Im taken care of whenever I come in. They keep up on the latest dental discoveries, technology, and methods and I always know Im getting the best, most up-to-date options as possible. It has a spa-like feel, and the best thing is, IM NO LONGER SCARED TO GO TO THE DENTIST. Ive referred so many friends and family to them and will continue to do so.

Dr. Geiger performed my oral surgery and was truly wonderful! I have struggled with multiple issues for a long time, due to my fear of dentists. Dr. Geiger changed my life in just 2 hours and the experience was completely pain free. He was persistent in assuring I felt comfortable and displayed great compassion. The staff and assistants were helpful as well. I love that they meet all of your dental needs on site and provide treatment plans/ options up front, including prices. Exceptional experience overall! My three young kids love going to the dentist, thanks to Dr. Killgore & his amazing staff! The hygienists are wonderful & help put the kids at ease, while they enjoy watching a movie or show of their choice on the flat screen tv during their appointment. And of course they love picking out a prize from the treasure chest after their appointment. I highly recommend Afinia Dental for you & your children!
