I have been a patient of the doctors since 2003. When you find something great, you stick with it! When I met doctors Eugenia and Brad, I described my previous dental history which was one of anxiety, stress and yes, fear. They listened with compassion and empathy and truly respected my feelings. Since that first time, every visit has been comfortable and totally stress-free. Each procedure is fully explained to me and many times throughout the procedure they asked if I am comfortable and if I need anything. When I needed to be referred to a specialist, it was someone of the highest caliber. We have become a family of sorts. They ask about my children and grandchildren, and most importantly my overall health, not just my dental health. I I feel very blessed to ball Drs. Eugenia and Brad my dentists and my friends.

I was on a business trip to the US when a bad tooth became a mad tooth. Thank God for Dr. Egenia Roberts, who was recommended by a friend in Cincinnati, because I truly do not know what I would do. The care was exceptional! The facility was clean, warm and inviting. Despite the emergency situation, they made me feel calm and took care of assessing the situation and the best course of action for me. They were considered, intelligent and compassionate. The entire staff were brilliant, and I am totally sold on Merit Dental. In fact I plan to use them as my dental provider despite living abroad - I will make it my business to visit Cincinnati, Ohio to look after my dental needs with Dr Roberts.

I have been a patient of Drs. Roberts for almost 30 years. I would never go anywhere else. I found their # in the yellow pages when I first moved to Cincinnati and had a dental emergency. Dr. Eugenia answered the phone and was so nice and comforting. I had one appointment and have been a loyal fan/patient ever since. Even when moved away over the years (Columbus and Cleveland), I still drove back to Cincinnati for my dental appointments. I wouldnt trust anyone else. Drs. Brad and Eugenia as well as Michelle and the entire office/clinical staff are fantastic. I cant say enough wonderful things about them!

Outstanding Group! Honestly all around the office youll find great people who truly care. Dr. Bradley and Eugene Roberts and their staff have changed my outlook on working with a dentist. I would always avoid the dentist before, as a person with poor dental health, i always felt talked down to and never truly valued. That is until i landed with this group. They really commit to taking their time with their patients (Drs & Staff) and making sure they understand any/all options available as well as mapping out the most cost effective route.

Pleasant & gentle and professional. I have been going to the Roberts for years and am very satisfied with them as doctors, and I appreciate what a friendly, courteous, and helpful staff they have as well.

I have been a patient of Dr Roberts since 1979, the both of them are the only dentist my children have ever known and they are 33 and 35. Both Dr Brad and Dr Eugenia have solved more medical issues with my family than any MD I have ever gone to. I cant imagine ever going to a different dentist, dont know what Ill do if they ever decide to retire.
