The experience I had was the worst I ever had in all my life going to a dentist. The ladies that took care of the x-rays and pictures and the cleaning were polite and very gentle at all time (about 3 hrs I was there only for that??) and that yes I am thankful for. But the Doctor Minocha was not helpful at all. She never show any compassion or empathy with my situation as I was explaining what do I need to be fix at that moment (pain because the old fillings were falling and it was very uncomfortable drink anything or to eat) instead she insisted I need to have a complete service on one of my tooth, that I needed a crown too which probably was correct, but I am on pain and I wanted her to take care of that pain that was bothering me first and she said NO I cant do that unless I do the whole procedure and whenever I have the money that I need it to bring before the procedure (1,000 +) My insurance will maybe pay the rest??? I find that so unprofessional since I went almost for an emergency and she refused to take care of it. I was recommend by a co-worker who I told about my experience and she apologized for what I went through and felt that she doesnt want to return to her because she also felt like they wanted to sell things to her that she did not need. I am not going back to that place eventhough the ladies that work for that "doctor" are very nice ladies and they did their part of the job well. I am very dissapointed that I was not help in any way with the problem I had but YES they make sure they did the first time patient routine to get their $$$$. because I believe that "doctor is all about the money. She didnt even let me talk and I literally was crying because I felt she didnt care what really I was going through. It is sad that some people call themselfs professionals or that they are the best in the area but they dont really show it. I wont recommend NO ONE to go to your office to save them the headache!

I look below at all of the other reviews, and cant believe that everyone had the same experience I did. I bought the Zoom Groupon to get my teeth whitened before my wedding. I already have an established dentist I see at least 2-3 times per year. On my initial consultation, I was sold the same pitch about how I would need "other things" done first before I could get the Zoom treatment. I came back for the teeth cleaning they recommended (though I wasnt even due for it yet). Then they told me there was "a lot more I needed done". They outlined the dental plan, and when I asked to see the itemized and planned out procedures they wanted to do at future visits, it was over $16,000!!! As a physician myself, I was appalled at the obvious financial scam this place was running. I canceled my future appointment. The techs kept pitching about how wonderful and all-knowing Minocha was, and why she was better than every other dentist out there. Please, dont drink the Kool-Aid people! It was very annoying, and apparently false advertising to boot. Lalis chair side manner leaves A LOT to be desired. They sold me the same pitch on the expensive toothbrush and toothpaste as well, and to other patrons during my visit. They also tried to sell me on multiple other procedures that were never mentioned by my regular dentist. When I told my dentist of the recommendations, she couldnt believe it either. I was lucky enough to be able to get my money back from Groupon. I hope that others out there read this before it is too late. I assure you, this place is ONLY in it for the money. Dont let the surprisingly good deal on Groupon lure you in. Its one of those things that seem too good to be true, and is just that!

I wish I would have read some of the comments on here before going to this Dentist. I have a similar experience as the others. I have no insurance and wanted to get a crown fixed that was hurting. I told them at the get go that I didnt have insurance. When I was done with the visit they tried to sell me the "toothbrush a few times." I then went to exit and they said the crown would cost $1100. After prodding them a few times they raised the figure by $1500 and acted like it was my fault for not understanding that their initial figure only included a root canal. They acted like I was a little kid when responding to my e-mail. When people go to the dentist they want to know how much something cost without getting 3 different answers. I felt taken advantage of. I finally got a written work up where according to them I needed about 6-7 fillings, one crown, and the initial retreat met that I went in for. A grand total of about $6-7k. I got a second opinion, the only thing that I need is the retreatment that I initial went in for and 2 fillings. Please be leery when going here. This is certainly a business that is in it to make money and not necessarily help people. I cancelled my other "free" dental cleaning and would never go back to this place. UPDATE: Please note all the good reviews rebutting the bad reviews are done by Social Media marketing experts. For instance look at the gentleman named Mark Homers page, ".... awesome results with online makerting and ranked high on local search like Google Places".. Tammy Tate has four connections. I am assuming its someone at Minochas office. The others if you did research are also SEO experts I would imagine, and the others are google users.
