Our first visit to this office went really well. The second visit went horribly wrong. My wife has major dental issues and on top of that is petrified of the dentist. We scheduled a second appt. for her so she could get a quarter of her mouth worked on. We were quoted a price and even worked out a payment plan. Everything went well until after my wifes appt. She was still drugged from the tooth removal and the first thing they say to her is "That will be $385.00." Which is almost double what we were quoted to begin with. They shouldnt have been telling her anyway. I intervened and tried to figure out what was going on. The woman who originally set us up with the payment plan said she had no idea what I was talking about and called another woman over. This woman began to tell me that they only offer 3 month plans and the minimum payment is $100. This is absolutely not what was discussed before (which was 6 months and $66 p/m.) Not only is she telling me that we owe more than the original estimate from this appt., but also that we owe $40 from the previous appt!!! Which were routine cleanings covered by insurance. When I got upset about this they told me I need to calm down and call my insurance company because this was their fault! Then this woman had the nerve to say that I was out of line and setting a poor example for my children!!! Needless to say I said a few choice words and left. This is absolutely the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They are criminals in scrubs. Please do not go to this place.

Dr. Pierce was nice, his staff is another story. I had a filling placed and 5 days later it fell off. I only had a few times I was able to come in and get it fixed, and I was told that wasnt their problem. Well, it should be their problem that my 5 day old filling fell off, and they should be more accommodating. I have NEVER written a google review- but I am so upset over their lack of sympathy and lack of accommodation for what I perceive as a dental emergency.

Ive been going here since I was a child and I have LOVED it!! Ive recently moved to Mississippi and make a point to come to the dentist while Im visiting just so I can keep coming here!!! Highly recommend!!! Staff is top notch and Dr. Pierce is awesome!!
