I have been going to Eastgate Dental Excellence for a few years now and ALWAYS receive fantastic service from the time I arrive until the time I leave the building. The staff and dentists are respectful and very caring. When there is an issue, they find a solution, no matter how small it may seem. I recently had a procedure done at Eastgate Dental Excellence called a Frenectomy, which was done by a new laser machine. As a professional, sitting in meetings or engaging in conversations are a frequent part of my day. I would notice that I would get "tongue-tied" causing an undesirable noise to replace words. Just hours after receiving this procedure, that issue is completely non-existent! I am grateful to have Eastgate Dental Excellence close to home. Dr. Kuennemeier and Dr. Kelly are both excellent, the hygienists are amazing, and the staff are great. I recommend this organization to anyone in search of dental care. Two thumbs up!!!

Beware!! I actually loved this place at first. Everyone is really really friendly. However, I had to go to another dentist to get multiple fillings redone because the work was so poor. After returning four times in pain over the course of a couple weeks, they referred me to a specialist (who never called me) and said I needed a root canal. After going to a new dentist for a 2nd opinion, I was told the fillings did not fit my teeth well and hadnt even bonded to my teeth and that no root canal was needed. To top it off, they billed my insurance as "out of network" when they are in network providers. Three months later and Im STILL trying to get things straightened out. Such a shame.

I like the atmosphere of this clinic as I step in; it is quiet, neat and the staff is warm and friendly to people. The waiting time is relatively short. In particular, I like the job Michelle Bs done; she is gentle, absorbed in and attentive to her work. Dr. Kuenemeier is an earnest and knowledgeable dentist, I like to talk with him and have respect for him. I feel great satisfaction every time as I walk out from the Eastgate Dental Excellence.

We are new to the area and were looking for a dentist. I saw the great reviews online and have to say that I had a great first experience with this dentist. Very thorough and really explain what is going on with your teeth, not just a cleaning and you are out the door. They take the time to go over what they see and make you aware of anything that could pose a problem in the future, and what to do now to help prevent any issues.

A huge difference! Today, I finished my last appointment for this year and I just look amazing. I havent checked to make sure the quoted amount matched the billed amount. And they accidentally scheduled me for an appointment that was never actually scheduled. But even after that discrepancy, the work that was done, was perfect, and seemingly affordable. Friendly and intelligent staff. Nice people who actually care. 5 stars.

The staff at Eastgate Dental Excellence made me feel right at home so quickly, I forgot that I was a voluntary new patient. Feels like Ive been part of the family for years. And I had the most thorough cleaning Ive had in years, plus tips that I can make into comfortable habits for taking better care of my teeth. If youre checking these folks out, and undecided, I advise you to stop putting it off and come see them now!

I have been to other clinics but this one is best. Initially the hygienist April looked over all my teeth and suggested what needs to be done in order to have a better dental health. Recently I went here for deep cleaning and the person who did was polite, explained what she was about to do. After the cleaning I feel lot better and dont have bad breath any more. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming for my first visit. The hygienist that worked for me for 2 hours was informative, friendly, and detail oriented and made sure I felt comfortable with each process. Looking forward to continuing my dental care with this team!!

A good dentist and thorough is hard to find. Dental hygenists are always kind and delightful in spite of what they have to do :) Dentist is a very compassionate and caring man . Go try them out you will not be disappointed.
