Above it says "Walk-Ins and new clients welcome.” I currently own a business and because of that it is hard to make appointments. I originally signed up with a wellness plan in West Palm Beach, Fl and never had any issues with walk-ins. I moved to this location and am told that they have one vet on staff, and are unable to accept any walk-ins. I am told I should ALWAYS make an appoinment and was simply turned away. This was at 1:30 p.m on a Friday I should also add, there was noone else there, not even in any of the three examination rooms. . It is apparant this location is not staffing accordingly especially after my previous visits to other locations. Unfortunately I am stuck with this wellness plan, that is worthless considering my circumstances. I called to turn off the autorenewel, and the associate gave me attitude. All they care about is money, not your pet. Stay far away, and DO NOT sign up for their wellness plan.

We love the Vet- Dr. Palm, however a majority of the other staff is very unhelpful and rude. Our dog had an emergency paw injury and when we called to see if they could try working her into the Saturday schedule receptionist Rhonda said they were full and should try urgent care. No attempt was made to see her or to even place her on a cancelation list. We were forced to go to another location which was a blessing! The Willow Grove location was SO much better and willing to help her. After having such great service there, we will never use the Plymouth meeting location again.

We came in very late for our appointment and the one Vet graciously agreed to see us anyway during a busy day. They give sound advice on our two cats medications as well as kitten training and the need for specific meal times. Ive seen both new doctors and they both are personable and treat our pets with care. I gotten to know them and would recommend their practice to anyone.

Ive had all my pets on wellness plans for years and been to banfields from coast to coast and everywhere in between and I would never take them anywhere else. I had a couple senior dogs that I rescued and without the wellness plans theres no way we could have been able to afford the care they needed. I recommend banfield and the wellness plans to everyone!

I loved meeting the staff here & so did my dog. Everyone was very polite and friendly to not just me, but also each of the clients before me. Dr. Duey and Dani were both incredibly personable. My dog had a few unrelated issues going on and they handled them all quickly, but were very thorough. I was very impressed with the entire experience!

The staff sucks I took my dog for check up and they were trying to get temperature from other end and I heard the vet yelling her saying it aint that serious. The vet there is completely a mean person uhh . Very disappointed in the new vets they have.

Im not sure what the other people experienced because Banfield Plymouth Meeting is awesome! They understand that every animal is different and they treat my little doggie like shes a queen. I cant imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

Staff was rude, afraid of a non aggressive but nervous pooch. Failed to update vaccines properly a waste of time, effort and money ~ one star is generous.
