I had an excellent experience. I went to the appointment 15 minutes early as they requested, filled out the paperwork (which was partially filled out with my insurance information already), began the prescreening after the paperwork and when my appointment time came up, I was seen. The doctor was fast and efficient, and explained everything to me, including the changing of my prescription. Afterwards I went to look at frames, picked out three pairs and got both HD and transition lenses. For three pairs of glasses under 800 dollars... That is a good value. Everyone is very friendly.

Its amazing how people are given jobs not on their expertise or ability to do a job, but I guess because they show up everyday. It took 3 times to get the right line on my bifocals. Also, they basically over sell you stuff on the package to make extra money. Then when you bring your glasses back to get the options you want. Guess what, you should be receiving a refund, not. They make the changes which takes another week, but I believe it should be some money given back. Its their fault for not explaining or asking the customer exactly what you want. Not to over sale.

The worst eye exam weve ever had. Dont go here. Wrong prescription. Contact lens brand blamed for problem. Rushed through. Not at all interested in addressing concerns. Had a bullet list of seven problems we had with the visit. Vision Works corporate was very embarrassed and promised a refund. The local store was in charge of the refund, though, and it made the experience even more painful/difficult. A refund that was supposed to take place by the next day took nearly three weeks. Number eight on the list of problems...

Im on a fixed income because of my disability, and have my vision coverage thru Medicare. My coverage only allows me to go to certain facilities and this one was one of the only one close to my home. I was rushed thru an eye exam. The doctor acted like I was annoying him when I asked a question. My prescription was not right - my vision was still poor, even with the glasses. They kept trying to push extras on me, though I explained about my income. Very poor service.

My employee had the worst experience in this location. They gave her an eye exam and the prescription was wrong, they re-tested her and that was wrong again. She needs to go to another eye doctor and now Vision Works will not reset the office visit so she is being required to pay out of pocket as most insurance companies will only pay once. My advise is to go to another place for any eye-work.

Not impressed with service or pricing. Had to wait around for 30 minutes past exam appointment. Exam was somewhat rushed and not as thorough as I am used to and I got the good doctor, I was told by staff. I am continually blown away at the prices of eye glasses. Going to try Zinni for pennies compared to $300-$500. Teaser pricing on ads gets old and not honest.

I wish I could give this place a -5 or -100. Appt. Was at 1:30. Arrived in plenty time (around 12:30)and at 2:26 STILL HAD NOT BEEN SEEN!!!! The doctor was slow as molasses. Over booked and understaffed rediculous. If they hadnt processed my insurance already I would walk out.!!! I hope this place goes out of business.!!!

I had had a previous prescription from an eye doctor that was too strong; the optometrist at Vision Works was very thorough and got my new prescription correct - i was very pleased.

Ive been to many eye vision clinics. And every year i order my contacts without problems. These guys want you to take eye exams every year! Give me a break

Weekend manager tried to rob me for almost 100$ after they messed up my glasses, during the setup of the replacement pair. AVOID! At all costs AVOID!!
