I have been there in the past and have always had a positive experience. This time was completely different. Getting an appointment took over a week. I called first and they told me to try as a walk-in. I went as a walk-in the next day and they were booked solid and then scheduled me for an appointment the following week. My exam went fine. I felt rushed into making a decision about my frames and consequently have a pair of glasses that are "okay" but I dont really like. When I picked them up the lady handed them to me and asked if I could see. I said "Yes" and she said, "Okay, you are all set." I was not offered a mirror or checked to be sure the fit was okay. The worst part was that I had convinced my niece, Ally, that this was a good place to go for her glasses. Her experience was worse than mine. -Janice
