I am a new patient of Dr. Janiga and I have been so impressed by her patient care. She was on time for my appointment, which I think is so important and rare with doctors, and she never made me feel rushed. She sat and answered all my questions and went through the different options to remove what I thought was a wart on my elbow. Dr. Janiga preformed the procedure at that same appointment and I didnt feel any discomfort at all. Her medical assistant was also very kind and attentive throughout the visit. About a week after my appointment, she called to followup and give me the results of the biopsy. I was surprised because in all my experiences with doctors a nurse usually does the followup. I was so impressed at the fact that she took the time to call and check on me herself and also answer all my questions about the biopsy. I had my first appointment with Dr. Janiga yesterday. I was so impressed with their office staff (front and back office) and the treatment I received. I am retired from the medical field and I recognize quality. The information Dr. Janiga gave me was so reassuring. The medication she proscribed is already helping my skin. This is one office I will tell my friends and family about. By the way after my visit with Dr. Janiga the nurse could tell how upset I was when I came in She gave he a hug before I left. So nice. S. My wife and I travel much of the year for business. Because of my frequent requirements for biopsy tests on skin cancer spots, it is often hard to get appointments and results reliably when we finally do return to Reno. Dr. Janiga and her staff have been very helpful in finding a way to work with me on my schedule and to perform the needed surgery or tests. I appreciate the high level of professional attention to my unique needs.

Less than professional, poor phone manners and it feels like a used car sales lot. Had a procedure that only worked on half my face, for another $1500 she could fix it. Misdiagnosed a skin rash and was unaware that there were other numbing agents that could be used. A trip to Standford Medical Center confirmed the severe rash could only be duplicated by use of the antibiotic she had prescribed.
