This office is AWFUL. They make you wait 1-2 hours over your scheduled appointment time. They like to double book appointments.The staff is RUDE. Dr. Kidwell will not spend more than 5 minutes in the exam room with you. He is RUDE and has bad bedside manners. I needed records to be released for insurance reasons and they took over 3 months to do so. They are a fraud. Their billing office will try to steal your money. I have reported them. They need to be examined by the state. If I could give half a star I would. Dr.Raymond Kidwell is not very knowledgeable in scope of Dermatology. They lost a tissue sample from a biopsy that was prformed on me there and I was still charged for it. His medical assistants have more knowledge in Dermatology than he does. His work and attitude are just bad. Do not waste your time and money investing in 5 minute health care. They also go through staff like crazy. Always seems to be a new person there. Old staff goes, new staff comes. I will not be going back. Good luck for those who wish to try.

This place is horrible, dont waste your time or money with this place, staff is incredibly rude and if you are a new patient you will have to wait a looong time, my experience with them was terrible, I called in to schedule an appointment with the doctor as a new patient, the best they can do was 2 months later, I explained to whoever was on the phone that it was an emergency and I had to see the doctor ASAP, I was even willing to wait 1 or 2 more days, but my psoriasis was getting worse by the day, she didnt care at all and rudely said and I quote "then go back to your primary care physician". I was shocked she said that, my psoriasis has spread throughout my entire body and is causing huge amount of pain, all I needed was for the doctor to just give me a moment of his time so he can give me some advice on how to treat it or help me get Humira, the nurse or secretary didnt care what so ever. Avoid this place, staff is rude, what does that say about the employer.

I was referred to West Dermatology by my primary doctor. I was told could get some Cortisone for my scalp.Going to West Dermatology was worst decision I have ever made. I went in because my hair started falling out. My dermatologist at the time was Dr. Yeh-To. She did a biopsy on my scalp and a few weeks later had me come in for a follow up. During the follow up appointment she diagnosed me with 2 types of alopecia. I was never offered any type of treatment or medication. She said there was no treatment or anything she could do for me. All she told me is that I need to get prepared to wear wigs for the rest of my life. I was sent on my way. I had to figure out on my own how to get my hair back. I put something together that worked. I got the diagnosis 8 years and as of today I have a head full of hair. I will never go to this office again as they do not help you. Dr Kidwell is a whole other story....he is rude dont know his stuff.

Ever since the new doctor, its not the same anymore. I felt like she didnt care what I have to say or how I was feeling. She didnt even try to understand or find a new solution that works for her or me, her way was different from the old doctor I tried to explain how the old doctor was doing the treatment & if she can possibly do the same, she straight up said no & thats not how she practice medicine blah blah blah .. I mean ok I understand that her way is different .. but I was also was hoping she can come up with a different solution but nope .. she just stop taking me because her way didnt work on me .. sooo I guess I have to start all over again looking into different dermatologist.. sucks!

Dr. Kidwell: My husband had to wait a month to get an appointment (which I find is normal with dermatologists) but then he takes a 1/2 day off of work to make this and another appointment and he is still sitting in the waiting room now! 2 hours later after his scheduled appointment! Really? How about we just bill the office my husbands lawyer fees for the delay? That sounds fair. What is the point of an appointment if you as a Doctor dont keep it? And or do not have the staff to work a proper office? Would not recommend this office unless you like being treated with no respect.

Dr. Yeh-To is so patient to explain all her procedures, options, and medicines to us on each visit. I have also received two Mohs procedures through this office and both were successful. We were even treated to breakfast goodies to make the morning less stressful while a professional team preformed their tasks. Office staff are always friendly and very little wait time. "Dr. Yeh" is great!

I was excited about finally seeing a dermatologist, we drove an hour to get there, both my parents took the day off work, and I had to skip my classes. The doctor barely took a glance at my face and prescribed me the same medicine I told her my primary doctor had me taking. I wasnt even there for 10 mins before she walk out of the room. Hopefully my next visit is worth it.

I have found the office staff and Dr. to be extremely helpful and courteous. Especially after going to a few other Fresno offices where the Dr will hardly shake your hand and they are more concerned about getting you a botox treatment rather than take care of immediate skin concerns. Give me their plain jane office decor any day.

Dr. Kidwell has Clovis Dermatology now; called to make an appointment and was asked if I was a new patient, I said yes, was put on hold and never spoken to again. All my calls went to the answering machine after that. Draw your own conclusions.
