I had been here once and was on accutane (a rather normal experience). Many months later, I came to consult about my scars. It was strange that I was forced to pay $80 this time before I met with a doctor, as I usually pay afterwards, not prior. So I asked "Why am I paying $80?" And the answer that I got was that it was the continuation of my appointments (when I was on accutane). A blatant lie; they knew that I was there for a different problem. I figured it was fine since Id be here for consultation and Id find a solution... But you know what? A solution was not what they had for me. The reply I got was something along the lines of "We dont have any laser products/equipment." It clicked to me at that very moment why I was charged before I met with a doctor rather than after. What was the service that I was paying for / recieved? There wasnt a service. It was just another instance of the rich milking the poor just because they can. In the end, I was referred to a different doctor as that doctors facility had laser treatments. I dont mean to bombard this doctor with customers interested in good (and existent) service, but I think it would be kind of me to save the $80 of peoples wallets instead of having a doctor force you to pay that amount just to tell you. Her name is Dr Behr; and this concludes my review.

First of all, I called ahead of time to see if they accepted Anthem Blue Cross PPO and if they take medical. They said they do take PPO but not medical and I began telling that I have medical and PPO. They said as long as I have insurance then they will accept me. When I went in, I filled my application and paid the private pay (120) and waited in a room. One of the receptionist told me that I couldnt be seen due to me having medical and that they will get penalized if they were to see me. How odd since my aunt is seeing a dermatologist who self paid and is on medical. Another thing was in their application. It said if you have medical then they will bill it to your primary insurance since they arent under a contract with them. This is uncalled for and they should really consider changing their application if they arent going to accept people who has medical. Or better, tell their reception to do a better job at telling new patients they dont accept it. Oh yeah, when I went to the front they were going to send me off without my REFUND too. SMH Wasted my time coming. Off to find another dermatologist that will be worthy of helping someone who is willing to pay for help.

This was my first time going to a Dermatologist. I try to find one that was good so I didnt have a negative experience. I search and read good reviews of this office so I made an appointment. I went there two times for an issue that I had with my skin. The doctor, seem to be in a hurry both times, as if she wanted me to go out as soon as possible. She probably saw me for 5 minutes in both appointments. The first time she was like "is there any other question?" even though she seem like she didnt wanted to answer any, I thought to my self Do Im paying hundred and something dollars for a less than 5 minutes appointment. So I ask her about my skin type (oily, dry, combination) since I read that the best way to find out is to ask a dermatologist, and she told me that I should know if its oily or not. I was suppose to go back a third time but I never made another appointment because of that.

NP Jessica took care of my skin Problem very efficiently, also made me feel at ease, including explaining aftercare and Asked if I had any other questions regarding my skin problems. I would definitely use their service again in the future if needed. Thank You ☺

I wanted to like this facility. Extremely long wait of over an hour and a half and the air con wasnt on during the summer. When I was called to the rooms the wait continued. Dr. Paz finally came and the meeting was very impersonal and unwelcoming.
