The day I decided to call and make an appointment to see an aesthetician was probably the best Decision I ever ever made. I had bad skin problems and wanted to get rid of it and I can tell you my skin has improved so much, i feel more cofident and more knowledgeable about what my skin was like and how I should start taking care of it, because I was doing so many harsh things to my skin that I did not know I was doing. I come here often to do treatments and facials and purchase great products that helps maintain and improve my skin. They also have Monthly specials that have great discounts on product and treatments. I also feel so welcomed every visit, the staff is super friendly which makes every visit enjoyable.

I have to say after reading these reviews i was a bit hesitant about keeping my appt. But after i got to the office , i cant tell u how nice everyone was, extremely nice and helpful. I hadnt been in her office since 2013 so its been a while. Quite impressive that Dr Behr is in the magazine New Beauty as one of the top dermatologist in the U.S.. I had no idea. Anyway i decided what i was going to do and started my plan. For those of you with negative remarks and reviews, i think you shoild reconsider. Sometimes out outlook on other people is off because we are having a personal bad day. Thank u Dr Behr and staff im excited about my plan.

Receptionist is always rude. Called once and she did not sound friendly at all, called again weeks later to give another chance and AGAIN she was not very nice. Arent receptionist supposed to be the voice of the facility and sound friendly?!

Staff is always super nice, friendly and helpful. There isnt much waiting when there for appointments, which is really nice if you are taking time off, but even better; they do have after work appointments. Awesome! Great service.
