Waited 3 weeks for appointment to wait some more. I arrived 10 minutes early because it was my first time there and there is usually some paperwork to fill out. I got my paperwork and it had to have been at least 12 pages long. I filled it out in about 15 min. all so that I could sit there and wait 55 more minutes just to go in. I asked the receptionist how much longer and she said because I was a new patient I would have to wait because she had to enter all the data. This was 30 minutes after I had given her all the paperwork. Suggestion: Hire a faster data entry person or send the paperwork via email prior to visit to expedite the waiting process if that is the case. But to have to sit in this small room with outdated furnishing, no TV, no music, not even a helpful staff to communicate the delays was terrible. If you are in a hurry this is not the place for you. Make sure you block out 2 hours of your day for this place. I wasted so much time waiting in the waiting room by the time the doctor got to see me I had to go. I rushed through what I wanted to talk about and would have loved to talk about additional services and treatments but I had no time left. Plus I was upset about the long wait.First impression of this place is :old, out dated, dirty, parking was terrible ,the front counter staff and nurse were not very friendly or even apologetic. The doctor was nice the whole 5 minutes I had to talk to her. She was informative and did apologize but it was a waste of time. Like I said I would have loved to talk about other services they offered but after this visit I will take my business elsewhere.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going. Last wk I had an appointment at 3:30pm I didnt get called in until 4:20pm. The eval itself took about 5 minutes! The "professional" said he would be back to give me some injections on my face. He never came back! His assistant peeked through to ask if he had went back into the room; i want to say minutes before 5pm i said "No" she said she would go call him..... 5:15pm still no one came back in the room; frustrated at the fact that they just wasted my time I walked out and left. It wasnt until about 5:40 pm that they finally realized I was gone and were calling on my phone. Its so sad I was really looking forward to this appointment and the services there was Bad! Not only did I take time off of work (without pay) but they wasted my time! I immediately called my insurance carrier to file a complaint; I hope they dont try to bill me for their Horrible service.

I was diagnosed with several pre- cancer spots on face/arms/back. The PA told me a scraping would be send to the lab and results would be available in 10 -15 days. The scraping turned out to be scalpel samples that were deeper than expected. It took several weeks to heal. The results of the diagnosis were reviewed by another credible Dr in the area. The DR noted the areas of concern could have been froze instead of biopsy. Apparently this clinic uses this practice to generate revenue from clients. I would not recommend this clinic to my family or friends. Also they release dthe Dr that provided the service that resulted in the 4 stars previously

I love this place! I found it while searching for cool sculpting providers on Google. The previous place I was looking at charges double for cool sculpting! This place is more fair and reasonable. I love Mindy, shes very outgoing and explains things well. She took good care of me. The procedures are not painful, and Im excited to see my results. Ive never had a long wait, and was made comfortable during my treatments. I recommend coming here

Normally I dont do a review for doctors offices. I also dont do it so soon after going. However I had such a great experience with treating my Rosacea after just 1 visit. I was expecting to just get an antibiotic cream Rx and that would be that. Instead they did an extraction and chemical peel, went very smooth and relatively painless. Its refreshing to have a Doctor who treats patients individually.

I really enjoy going to this dermatologist office. Im never in the waiting room very long which is very convenient for me because I go during my lunch break. As for my skin, it has made a complete 360 after coming here . I had cystic acne all over my chin and jaw and now it is completely gone. The girls here are very helpful and nice! I highly recommend!

A very bad service! I wrote a review and somehow it is not longer here, they did a biopsy to charge more to my insurance, with no results no cure could not find whats wrong with me, dont go here if you are seeking help this is the wrong place find a real professional. This is not fake!

I was lied to. I was told "its just like a knick from a razor and it will not leave a scar". Now I have an awful scar and I will be filing a formal complaint. I am looking for a malpractice attorney. Doctors should not promise things and mislead patients.
