STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! I came in 03 days ago for a simple procedure to check a mole and remove 02 skin tags. My Dermatologist was Ms Queller. She had mentioned that the mole did not need to be removed and the skin tags would be an easy removal. I had mentioned the barber sometimes nicks the mole but I can live with it. After the skin tags were removed, she just said thanks and walked out of the office. No follow up instructions No instructions on how to care for it No instructions on when it will heal Basically looked like she was in a hurry to get home for the day. After getting home I removed the band-aid and noticed she had removed the ENTIRE MOLE instead of just the skin tags!!!!! After calling and asking about this, she tells me thats what I wanted because I said the barber nicks it. Debateable...but regardless I now how to pay for a service I didnt want. This principle is that if you cant even take the time of explaining how to care for something after a surgery, you have gotten way to complacent with your job. Ive had better service at a Mcdonalds. Her assistant Abby was more help than the damn doctor. Do yourself a favor, and go into the valley or Los Angeles and dont feel like your getting treated like trash. Social media and word of mouth speaks the truth about places like this.

BEWARE!!! I went to this office for a simple removal procedure and insurance fees were discussed before hand and I was told that the insurance would cover the procedure and my out of pocket expense would be $0. Now they are billing me for hundreds of dollars and are refusing to even discuss the matter with me! Just ignoring me. I am so upset!!!! Despicable!

It would help if the doctors here had *some* knowledge of the cost of the medicines they prescribe. On one occasion, one of the doctors decided I needed a skin cream thats costs $ 8000 for a single tube - which the pharmacist told me when I went to pick it up. I got a substitute ($ 10) cream prescribed right away, but still - why even bother trying this ?

This was a disappointing experience. Wait time was ridiculous. I understand being busy but theres no excuse for a 2 hour wait time. To top it off, I felt like I was the one being rushed when in all actuality, Im the one that should of been doing the rushing! Distasteful. Never again!

Would rate an "excellent", with the huge exception of your new billing co. My family goes to Eva & Cynthia. Both are so outstanding (A+) in caring for their patients. I refer people all the time to them

My daughter was a little nervous about the appt but after speaking with Dr. Simzar, she felt very comfortable and was pleased with the visit. Dr. Simzar was very professional and made her feel at ease.

The doctor was not terrible but it was hard to wait in a medical office for over an hour with two little kids. I went there twice thinking that the 2nd time would be better but it wasnt.

i was so shocked i almost wanted to run out the door in the middle of my consultation. you are better off not going to a doctor in my opinion... ONLY WANT YOUR $$$$$$$$$$$
