Dr. Kidwell this is for your office staff: My husband had to wait a month to get an appointment (which I find is normal with dermatologists) but then he takes a 1/2 day off of work to make this appointment and your office staff makes him sit and wait another 2 hours from his appointment time before being seen. When he mentioned it to the nurse she just said, "they lost your file". That was the reasoning for the delay of 2 hours.
