Dr. Kaufman did a great job and he has a fabulous staff. Nurses are personable and reassuring. Front office staff are wonderful and manage the completely full waiting room with kindness and patience. Sadly, his office is in Thousand Oaks and my 92-year old husband and i live in Ventura. it is extremely difficult to mesh his schedule and my husbands ability to get up and get going, so, if i have anything to do with it, we wont go back, but for those of you with more flexibility or who live in the Conejo Valley, i can recommend him without reservation. My husband is a retired physician and was especially pleased with Dr. Kaufmans technique, and thats saying something, since Warren started doing pathology before Dr. Kaufman was born.

I was very concerned about my cancer diagnosis. I was so relieved when I came into the doctors office. His staff was more than wonderful!!!! Tiffany greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so welcome. The entire staff was truly professional and I was at such ease with the procedure. Dr. Kaufman made me feel like it was only a simple office visit. He was only there to help me. If ever I have to have any procedures done, Dr. Kaufman is my #1 and only choice!!! My face looks the same as it did when I first walked into the office. Words can not express my gratitude and whole health. I thank this Doctor for allowing me to feel complete again.

As a 90 year old patient, I have had frequent contact with many dermatologists. In my opinion, the professionalism and training of Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Cole are outstanding. They radiate concern for the patient and their staff are both extremely friendly and compassionate.
